Hello! I have two questions: 1. Seems that Zoho Inventory has no implementation of VAT for the Shipping Charges, which is a common case. Is it hidden somewhere and can be enabled? 2. VAT for the Sales Orders imported from a marketplace cannot be changed. The system doesn't allow that, which is also a blocking issue. This is about the sales order reference number (customer's purchase order number), not the sales order number. We use Inventory for package slips - however there is no field for the sales order reference number (which is the customer purchase order number) - please add this to the package slip or the customer cannot match deliveries to orders. Hi, Products were created in shopify, sync'd and confirmed in ZOHO Inventory. The inventory policy in Shopify is set to "Shopify tracks this product's inventory" for all products. During the products' creation, the initial inventory count in Shopify was set to zero. My understanding of how the two platform sync together is that you can add the item in the zoho inventory and it will sync up to the shopify product page, vise versa the other way around.
