Hi, I've integrated Zoho Inventory and CRM, so when a user creates an item in either app it's created in both. So far, so good. However, the items which are being created in Zoho CRM (and then auto-created in Inventory) aren't then available for use in Purchase Orders, because the 'Purchase Information' box in the Inventory item creation form isn't ticked. I can't find a way to automate the ticking of that box, so it would have to be done manually for every item created in CRM, which for me defeatsCategory searching

Hi Zoho Team, one of our customers has a need for it: with the order of several Composite Items, some products are not in stock and need to be ordered. The customer wants a single list of all the Articles to be ordered to be produced and not a list for each single Composite Item. Example: we have a SO for the Composite Item "A" and one SO for the Composite Item "B" when we create the bundles we discover that for the Composite Item A we need to order few Articles and the same happens for the CompositeShopify orders not syncing over to Zoho Sales Orders

This is about the sales order reference number (customer's purchase order number), not the sales order number. We use Inventory for package slips - however there is no field for the sales order reference number (which is the customer purchase order number) - please add this to the package slip or the customer cannot match deliveries to orders. Hi, Products were created in shopify, sync'd and confirmed in ZOHO Inventory. The inventory policy in Shopify is set to "Shopify tracks this product's inventory" for all products. During the products' creation, the initial inventory count in Shopify was set to zero. Although the inventory level in ZOHO products are not zero, the inventory level on Shopify for the same products still set to 0 and not get updated even after do the synchronization.
