Zoho Inventory/CRM item integration
Hi, I've integrated Zoho Inventory and CRM, so when a user creates an item in either app it's created in both. So far, so good. However, the items which are being created in Zoho CRM (and then auto-created in Inventory) aren't then available for use in Purchase Orders, because the 'Purchase Information' box in the Inventory item creation form isn't ticked. I can't find a way to automate the ticking of that box, so it would have to be done manually for every item created in CRM, which for me defeats

I believe category searching could be improved in several ways. It would be great if like when creating categories there was an option to organize products following a tree scheme instead of just indicating the category in the column.

Inventory - no field on package slips for the sales order reference number
This is about the sales order reference number (customer's purchase order number), not the sales order number. We use Inventory for package slips - however there is no field for the sales order reference number (which is the customer purchase order number) - please add this to the package slip or the customer cannot match deliveries to orders. The field is in the sales order but not as an option to add to package slips. There is the field in Zoho Books called reference number so why not in Inventory?
