Hi All, I signed up for Zoho inventory for one purpose and one purpose only is to track my online store from shopify. My understanding of how the two platform sync together is that you can add the item in the zoho inventory and it will sync up to the shopify product page, vise versa the other way around. However; I have found that it seems to be only syncing one way which is from shopify first and then sync to the zoho inventory. Is this how its designed? Am I missing something here?
