Hi, currently trialling Zoho One, tracking of serial numbers is very important to our business. One thing I find slightly odd is that we cannot enter/scan serial numbers for a sales order until the Invoice stage. It makes sense to me that when we create a "package", this is when the order is being picked&packed and we want to scan & enter the serial numbers at this point. Hi there, I have a question concerning the package tracking feature of Zoho Inventory. We are sending out packages with Carrier DPD directly from Zoho. I have noticed, after making many a stock check, that when you CLONE an ITEM in Books or Inventory that has a stock quantity, The new ITEM has the SAME stock quantity!! Really can't fathom the logic. Hi Team, I have integration between shopify and zoho inventory and it is pulling shopify orders(paid & unpaid) as sales order into zoho inventory. I am then creating invoices using automation automaticly for the the sales order. While creating invoices using automation, I want to check if shopify order (salesorder in zoho) came as "paid" or not. If Paid then I will mark the invoice status as paid else will mark it invoice sent.
