Creating Invoice from sales order API
Hey there, I created a new sales order via API. Then, I created an invoice from that sales order (tried both ways, via api and manually). Once I did this the status is automatically "closed" instead of "confirmed". Now the crux : when I manually create a sales order and then create an invoice from that it works fine : status is "confirmed". How can I solve that? One thing I find slightly odd is that we cannot enter/scan serial numbers for a sales order until the Invoice stage. Clone an Item WITHOUT positive stock
I have noticed, after making many a stock check, that when you CLONE an ITEM in Books or Inventory that has a stock quantity, The new ITEM has the SAME stock quantity!! Really can't fathom the logic. The 'donor' Item should have a default zero stock quantity. Anyone else seen this, or think that I have it wrong?

Hey Team, Hoping you could someday implement a recommended reorder point based on our sales data. Since you have all our Sales Order data, it would be nice if the system can automate or recommend a reorder point for all our active items. It can be done via Reports. Just a thought but hope you think about it. Other inventory systems, like Inflow Inventory, has a report for their system's reorder points.

Shopify Order status "Paid" into zoho inventory sales
Hi Team, I have integration between shopify and zoho inventory and it is pulling shopify orders(paid & unpaid) as sales order into zoho inventory. I am then creating invoices using automation automaticly for the the sales order. While creating invoices using automation, I want to check if shopify order (salesorder in zoho) came as "paid" or not. If Paid then I will mark the invoice status as paid else will mark it invoice sent. But the problem is it is not clear as how to get the order status details.

I have signed up for a trail Zoho Inventory account, and can not find sales forecasting in admin panel. I saw it is part of Zoho CRM. I am also confused if I need Zoho CRM or Zoho inventory?
