In this report I would like to see: PO-number Date Item not yet delivered Quantity not yet delivered I want to send this report to our suppliers to check if they will be able to deliver or if these items should be removed from the PO(s). Hey all, Thank you for your help and advice. I would like to know if there is a capacity to Zoho Inventory to deal with the following situation: I have a listing on Etsy that I would like maintained at a certain threshold - for example 20 units, even though I may have 100 units in my warehouse. In an ideal situation, when 1 unit is purchased by a customer, I would like the system to update my warehouse stock to 99 units, and sync to maintain the 20 unit threshold on Etsy. Hello, Previously Zoho Inventory allowed you to open an item from the item list, then click on the "More" button in the upper right, and add it into an existing item group if it was a standalone item, remove it from an item group if it was part of one (thereby creating it's own item group), or move it to another one. Hi everyone. I am having trouble using the Zoho Inventory. What is happening is that after I create a shipment manually, I want to send the email notification with the tracking number on it to a third person. Example: I am selling a product to a company A, but I need to send the tracking number to a person B that is not related to the A. With Zoho Inventory, when a Purchase Order is received with a series of items, the number of steps to see and or update information on the item in our case a custom field for the physical storage location adds a lot of extra steps. When updating an item via the API we have found we can not set the purchase_description and purchase_rate for items that do not already have values for these fields. How can we overcome this?
