i need to sync every thing happened inside my inventory to woocommerce plugin as whenever i create new contact in zoho it will also be created as customer in woocommerce

We've been using Zoho Inventory to buy parts, track them, and then use them in projects. For the most part everything is going fine, but the MPN field in Zoho Inventory is the one that we rely on to find parts and for some reason Zoho thinks that MPNs are only ever numbers and letters. I'm very keen to start using Zoho Inventory (currently using just books and CRM under Zoho One subscription) but having a problem with importing. See attached image for screenshots of steps taken. I created a couple of new Item Groups with multiple variations and then I: 1. Exported these items to CSV fie: "exportfile.csv" (see attached file); 2. Began Importing "exportfile.csv" 3. Is there a way to print labels for items that are designated for a specific project. For instance i create a bill, and on the product line item i assign it to a client and project. I need to be able to ascertain whether an invoice has actually been sent/emailed & update a custom status field, can you guys please tell me how to achieve this via automation or field updates? A much better system would be to have a status "Posted" which would change to "Sent" upon actually sending the invoice by email. Not all of us send invoices immediately but need to move the invoice from "Draft" status !

Hi there, I have succesfully got Oauth working and can connect to Zoho Inventory using the API. But now I am finding that the functionality is quite limited. For example, the pagination simply does not work (setting per_page has no effect) and there are is no search functionality documented. So, for example, if I want a count of our items, I have to page through all of our items and count them using code. This could easily over-run the max calls per minute limit if you have several thousand items.

Hi, I've integrated Zoho Inventory and CRM, so when a user creates an item in either app it's created in both. So far, so good. However, the items which are being created in Zoho CRM (and then auto-created in Inventory) aren't then available for use in Purchase Orders, because the 'Purchase Information' box in the Inventory item creation form isn't ticked. Feature Request: Shopify App Locationd mapped to Warehouses
We use a third party fulfillment service along side our own products in Shopify.. Currently only standard Shopify locations are able to be mapped to warehouses in Inventory. Because of this limitation, we have had to disable inventory quantity update and warehouses in Inventory. When enabled, the sales orders associated with the app location will fail to sync.

Greetings. I would like to set automaticaly the Warehouse based on the Vendor. Context: I am working on an adaptation of a Purchase Order to be used as a Quotation. I have defined that when a user has to raise a quote the Vendor will be "PROCUREMENT" I would like to set the Warehouse to a predefined value when "PROCUREMENT" is set as Vendor.
