Hello, i am new to Zoho and would like to use custom customer item numbers, and custom pricing. I would like to take what i can do in the AS/400 and do it in Zoho. Hello, I have an integration scenario where when a customer pays an shopify order then a sales order is created in zoho inventory and from sales order we create a sales invoice using deluge script. I want to mark the sales invoice as "paid". I am not able to find as by which API I can do it automatically. I can see there is API to mark invoice as sent but no API to mark it as paid ? Hi all, I am facing this strange issue. I have sale order against which I back ordered to different vendors, shipment from one vendor is received while from other is still pending. Now I want to ship the item from first vendor but to my surprise the sales order shows ON HOLD and I cannot generate invoice nor package list etc. This happens when I use back order option. Hi there, I would like to know how does calculate the unit cost when we purchase an item and receive it from a bill. Below is an example we have question with. As of 18th Sep, we have 7 qty remaining for item A with unit value $7.59. We purchased 20 qty more, and received in stock from bill 9119T92726 part1, on 19th Sep. I have tried to create/update zoho Item via API, all fields beside "stock_on_hand" are saved/updated correctly, but "stock_on_hand" is not saving in any way. Anything that I bundle with a quantity of one or more (including other decimal quantities like 1.5 kg) allows me to select which batch I am bundling from. I have a sales order which has items on it requiring backorder. Some of those items have had a stock adjustment completed on them, however when I generate a backorder it is not taking the adjustment into consideration. For example The sales order has 2 red t-shirts on it.
