Does Zoho inventory still not allow a sync with multiple Shopify accounts? Hi, We've been using Zoho Inventory (free) for a while now to test few things out before we move to a paid subscription package, before we do that we still have 1 issue that we do not know how to go around to do it and I thought i'd ask here to see if anyone has any ideas on how to do it. What we do is this: We buy 3 different products, lets call them Pro1, Pro2 and Pro3.. we purchase each product in KG units, each product has its own different price. Dear team, Would it be possible to consider enabling serial number tracking not only on composite items but also on items that are part of a composite item. We very often need to track serial numbers of components within a given composite item (e.g.: serial number of parts belonging to a given composite item shipped to a client). In Zoho Inventory, when a new sales order is created, there is an option to send Mail to the customer regarding their sales order. Now, our Issue is, along with that customer the team who are creating sales order should also get a Mail Regarding the Sales Order. For Example, there are 5 persons who are maintaining zoho inventory sales orders. If Person1 created a sales order and sends mail to that customer. That same Mail must be sent to the 5 persons who are maintaining zoho inventory sales orders.Android Inventory App

Hello, I'd like clarification on something with regard to the Amazon integration... Toward the top of the Amazon Integration page with the Setup button, it states that items are mapped to Amazon by SKU. At the bottom of the page, it states: "Items in Amazon that have more than three attributes will not be a part of a sync as Zoho Inventory supports only up to three attributes." Hello there, I have a problem with creating a product/ Item recipe. I run a coffee roastery and green beans warehouse. I need to create a roasted coffee product that uses the green beans and removes 20% of weight as final product. So if I roast 1 KG of Green beans I will get 0.8 KG or roasted beans. Hi all, I've written a Deluge script that updates the shipping charge depending on the sub total on a sales order. The script only works after repeated page refreshing (whether this to do with delays on the back end or something else i don't know) Ideally i would want the deluge script to happen in real time on the order. I currently have an Etsy shop as my primary eCommerce platform and was delighted to learn that Zoho has an integration for inventory and sales management. So I went through and set up everything. It seems that sales on my Etsy shop populate fine on Zoho Inventory, however, when tracking inventory I have a problem: On Etsy, some of my products have bundle discounts, within one product, you can buy one for $35, three for $100, and five for $150. Hello, I'm trying to use Item Import / Overwrite to clear the Sales Description field. I would have expected this to be a simple task importing "Item Name" and "Sales Description" as the two fields by simply leaving "Sales Description" empty (with exception of the header). This failed and just left the Sales Description field unchanged. I then tried populating it with a single space. This too left the field unchanged. I then tried using "". Hi Zoho, in the Dahboard of Inventory I see the indicator for the Articles to be packed When I click on it, I expect to have a Report to see what are those articles. But Inventory gives me just a list of Orders to pack. Why? It would be usefull to have a list the articles to pack with the related Order, so that my Inventory Manager can to know, at a glance, what Articles have to prepare! Seems like shipping is overly complicated here. It's probably to accommodate situations different than ours, but here are a couple questions: 1) Can't the system default to Packing Slip #1 rather than me having to enter 1 for every single package we ship? 2) When I manually ship (all USPS is manual at the moment) what is Shipment Order # supposed to mean? I'm writing an api script in php that creates a sales order and invoice when a customer submits an order on our website. The script has no problem making both the invoice and the sales order. But when I goto the sales order's invoice tab, it hasn't added the invoice that I created to the sales order, even though the invoice is listed in the invoices section of Zoho inventory. Hello, I am on a Finance Plus trial with a focus on using the Inventory application. I only have one user (the owner) able to access anything. All other users are "pending" and they never received their invitations. Invitations are not received on gmail.com, our business G Suite accounts, or on outlook.com. I created a zoho.com email and invited that one, the invite was received. It appears that the Zoho application is having trouble sending the email to other domains. Hi there, I am a complete beginner and have no experience in accounting. Just trying to learn things as I go. I buy my stocks on cash basis only and I've never had an inventory system. What I'm trying to do now, is to find a way to record stock purchases that I make which happen to be on cash terms. I don't send out a PO to my vendor as I buy directly from their store and as such, I'm not sure that raising a PO to record my inventory would be the way go. Hi I'm having a hard time figuring out why are my margins negative. Sales price is larger than purchase price and when I manually calculate the margin I do not get the same numbers that I get once I run the report. FYI - im testing Zoho inventory at this point. Invoices have been created, as well as packages and shipping was completed. I have not created any payments received. Also, when I pull profit/loss in Zoho Books, i'm showing profit.
