To create sales orders with zoho CRM

Am I right that it is not possible to get or set warehouse name for Sales order line items via API? If so perhaps that functionality already on the roadmap? Hi, We raised a question a few weeks back regarding how Inventory tracks stock. When goods are received we book them in against the relevant purchase order but Inventory doesn't allow us to raise packing notes until the purchase order has a bill created for it. It can often take days for us to receive bills which means we can have goods hanging around waiting to be despatched. When I go to make an order for a variable product, I have been able to map the variation in WooCommerce to the variation in Zoho Inventory by using the SKU and the exact same product name. Zoho, I'm really happy to see the recent updates to the Sales Order statuses and indicators. I have some feedback that I think will help make the UI even more clear and useful. First, on the main Sales Order page (/#app/salesorders): In addition to the new "Closed" status and green indicator button for packages that have been shipped, I recommend the following: Provide a full green indicator status for invoices that have been paid. It seems if the inventory value is negative, that Zoho Inventory should not allow me to create a Package and Ship it. But, there seems to be nothing to stop me from doing that other than when I go to physically package the item and realize that there is no stock. There also seems to be nothing on the screen that even indicates to me that I should not package and ship. To me this is the fundamental point of an inventory system. Although items listed on eBay are successfully syncing, Inventory does not pull the description and first image. Can these two fields be mapped so they are imported each time Inventory syncs? Good morning, My current business deals with intermediate businesses (websites, catalogues...) that sell our products. Is there a way to give them limited access to our database ? Ideally one page with the basic info of our products (SKU, Description...but NOT purchase price) and the current stock ? However, the Warehouse report does not provide this and I can't see a way to export our inventory levels separately for each warehouse. I am noticing that the sales orders status dashboard in Zoho Inventory is not refreshing properly. This is a recent phenomenon. For fulfilled orders, it shows only the Invoicing completion dot and the other 2 dots get refreshed only if I visit the order page and then come back to the dashboard. Similarly, for an order with an invoice voided in Zoho Books, the Inventory dashboard does not get refreshed even after I visit the order page as well as the invoice tab. Hi, In Inventory, Packaging Tab - the orders move from Packages Not Shipped to Shipped Packages and finally into Delivered Packages. I thought the orders would have cleared from this final section when the invoice was raised but my orders seem to be staying there indefinitely. There seems to be a problem with adding new items or editing current items in my inventory. Every time I go to add a new item it just spins and never completes. About every 3rd or 4th attempt to add the same item will be successful. Same with editing existing items. This just started happening in the last hour or so. To help quickly view the status of all orders, please consider adding a "Paid" column to the Sales Order table. Each order essentially has two paths of completion: fulfillment and payment. As it is now we have columns (Packed and Shipped) to represent the related statuses for Fulfillment, but only one column (Invoice) to represent the related statuses for Payment. Up until now, our inventory was handled by a 3rd party in a warehouse where we rented space. We are now bringing this process in-house, leasing our own warehouse, and fulfilling all of our own orders. We would like to use Zoho Inventory. To make help clarify the status of a packing slip, can you please add "Partially Packed" and "Fully Packed" to the statuses? These are much more helpful statuses than simply "Not Shipped" and "Shipped".
