Hi, I had imported sales invoices in Zoho Inventory. I could see that the GL Journal is proper and a COGS/Inventory entry has been posted with the sales entry. However, I found that the W/H stock was unaffected; no stock has been issued against the invoices. Am I missing something over here? Good afternoon, I have a request for a change on the packing slip template so as to fit the Japanese Market. In Japan 3 documents are quite important in a sale : The estimate, Mitsumorisho, 見積書 The packing slip, Nouhinsho, 納品書 The invoice, seikyuusho, 請求書 So the initial Sales Order document is not transmitted. In the packing slip it is mandatory to show the price, so until now I have used the SO and given it another title. I find some features of it to be more useful than Zoho CRM (order delivery tracking etc.), but find it odd that a sales order/invoice created in CRM does not automatically sync and show up in Zoho Inventory (or the other way around). Hi, We raised a question a few weeks back regarding how Inventory tracks stock. When goods are received we book them in against the relevant purchase order but Inventory doesn't allow us to raise packing notes until the purchase order has a bill created for it. It can often take days for us to receive bills which means we can have goods hanging around waiting to be despatched. Zoho, I'm really happy to see the recent updates to the Sales Order statuses and indicators. I have some feedback that I think will help make the UI even more clear and useful. First, on the main Sales Order page (/#app/salesorders): In addition to the new "Closed" status and green indicator button for packages that have been shipped, I recommend the following: Provide a full green indicator status for invoices that have been paid. It seems if the inventory value is negative, that Zoho Inventory should not allow me to create a Package and Ship it. But, there seems to be nothing to stop me from doing that other than when I go to physically package the item and realize that there is no stock. There also seems to be nothing on the screen that even indicates to me that I should not package and ship. To me this is the fundamental point of an inventory system. Although items listed on eBay are successfully syncing, Inventory does not pull the description and first image. Can these two fields be mapped so they are imported each time Inventory syncs? Good morning, My current business deals with intermediate businesses (websites, catalogues...) that sell our products. Is there a way to give them limited access to our database ? Ideally one page with the basic info of our products (SKU, Description...but NOT purchase price) and the current stock ? I am noticing that the sales orders status dashboard in Zoho Inventory is not refreshing properly. This is a recent phenomenon. For fulfilled orders, it shows only the Invoicing completion dot and the other 2 dots get refreshed only if I visit the order page and then come back to the dashboard. Similarly, for an order with an invoice voided in Zoho Books, the Inventory dashboard does not get refreshed even after I visit the order page as well as the invoice tab.
