WePay, an online payment processor, is now integrated with Zoho Inventory. By setting up integration with WePay, you can create a merchant account and start accepting online payments from your customers. The ability to add custom data fields for items is a good addition but when I tried to add a third "decimal" type field the following error was received: Almost there, but... Custom field limit has been reached for this data type. Is there in fact a limit to the number of custom fields you can create for each data type? We are at the point in our testing where we need do figure out how to make minor modifications to the Zoho templates that so that certain custom address fields and such show up appropriately. What is the best way for us to go about getting these customizations done? Do we mock it up in photoshop and send to you with markups of what fields we need where? We are attempting to move away from Microsoft Solomon after 12 years of using a highly customized version of it. So far we've been impressedWhy can't I search Composite Items?

Does Zoho Inventory integrate with Zoho Reports for creating custom reports? It seems logically that there would be some way, but I've not seen how to do it as of yet.Changing Item Group
How do you move an item from one group to another? When you edit an item there is no drop down menu to select a different group to put it in or create a new group on the fly. It appears that once an item is added to a group it's permanently attached to it. I can't imagine that's the case so the only way to "move" an item is to completely delete it from Inventory (and the wrong group) then re-enter it from scratch into the correct group.Create a custom maketplace integration in Zoho Inventory

I have delete a origination at mail.zoho.com and close account at account.zoho.com with same email:nguyenquynhan18@gmail.com. But I still receive email daily from noreply@site24x7.com with title "Persistent Alert : askfoody_test is Down ... ";. askfoody_test is a monitor I have created previous time. I have closed my account but that still execute. Why? I don't want receive email DOWN or UP when I have close my account. Can you help me to resolve this issue? Whenever I edit a Purchase Order all the fields remain proper except for the "Deliver To" field. It always changes back to the default even though I've purposefully picked a different address with "Change destination to deliver" feature when I first created the PO. This is a problem because it is very easy to forget that this (I presume it's a bug) happens and I often go in and edit a PO and forget that I have to again go and change the Delivery destination. Is there actually a way to Import or Export Composite Items via CSV/Excel sheets? Though the UI in the Composite items area sort of indicates that you can "Import Items" it doesn't seem to really work with composite items. When I create a Composite Item manually it gets a SKU and that Composite Item will get exported out just like any other item in the Items area but without any data related to what items the Composite Items consist of.CENTRAL BUSINESS SOLUCTIONS
hi good afternoon I have a suggestion for you guys put in zoho inventory. to make the integration of organizations, because if I have a company that has two warehouses with the same product more different places to do? to send the central product for two warehouses that I have. porue the idea is to have one central warehouse and have two that are small and in another place. how do I get the central warehouse of the product to send us other small? then this is my suggestion that you guys implementshopify link not working
the shopify link ink failed to import products from shopify and it has not imported anything at all since! the failed reason was 'invalid product type' however there are no specific product types as far as know. additionally my sales orders are not syncing and it failed with the reason 'Please enter a suitable VAT treatment.' however vat is enabled in shopify i cannot use zoho unless this link works properly. additionally we have soho books and both are extremely similar. what platform should weEtsy integration of sales/receipts broken?
I activated the etsy integration and it successfully imports my current active listings, but it has an error for all current sales. The error indicates that the item given in the order does not exist (in Zoho, presumably). This is despite the successful import of that active item a few minutes earlier. It looks like Zoho tries to match on SKU, but I can't see what it Zoho thinks the SKU for the item in the sales order is. I did not have this issue with the Amazon integration.Change/Add sales channel for an item
How do I change the channel for an item? Or add a channel to an existing item? I do not see a way of adding, for example, Amazon as a second channel for an item, or for creating a new item in Zoho and assigning it to a sales channel.Groups and subgroups on inventory
Can you make subgroups of subgroups etc. Example below. Camera being a main with dome being one of several subs as is IP one of several subs of the dome. Then you get to the 3meg, 5meg and 10meg being the acutal items. We sell a lot of product. This comes in handy when you are doing a quote . Hi re inventory cannot find the info online. Looking at the way books is set out I see info in inventory that is not in books, for example SKU, is inventory designed to suppliment or replace invoicing in Books. Also need info re setup in inventory in regards to NEW ITEM GROUP, as currency can be set here does that mean I can set a group say for example my Belgian suppliers Euro Tax rate 21%, Italy another group tax rate 22% and so on. Hi I need Help. I Imported all my Purchase orders and Sales Orders from my previous transactions to zoho -(Excel CSV). All is set out right. The problem is I cannot trace the inventory for each item. When I click Track inventory, it prompts for new entries of quantities-hence requiring stock take. I always thought what has been purchased and paid for should automatically reflect in the inventory.
