Adding the date of an expense to an invoice
Hi there, I have uploaded a whole load of expenses. I have prepared an invoice, and want to add the expenses. However I need to show the date which the expenses were incurred - how can I do this in the template? Thanks Michael

Invalid value passed for label

How do I mass modify items?
I want to change the taxes on all items at one time. how do I do this without going into each item one at a time via the web browser? I tried exporting the items to a csv. I made the required edits in exel. Saved the sheet back to a csv. Xero to Zoho API
I recently integrated a Xero account with over 15,000 invoices from Trade Gecko. Eventually we will move them to Zoho Inventory. The client needed rich reporting based on approx 300 products. Separate E-mail for Recurring Invoices
Do you have something in the works already so that the e-mail sent for recurring invoices can be customized separately from one-time invoices. If not...this needs to be added to the list. The recurring billing feature is a little lacking. Also, being able to set the total number of payments would also be helpful instead of trying to calculate the date the payments should stop if its a short-term arrangement.

How to delete or reverse invoice after payment entered as received? I am testing out ZOHO invoice and entered an invoice the accepted payment. After I did this I tried to delete it but could not. Logo sizing on PDF invoice
I'm having trouble getting my logo to size properly on the invoices. I've changed the dimensions to what you recommend (580 x 250 or as close as I could) and it comes out huge on the invoice, taking up the top 20% of the page. If I use a smaller size (130 x 70) it comes out the right size but all pixelated. I'm using a PNG image. Any suggestions?
How to modify or delete custom fields?
Hi, I created a few custom fields for Items in Zoho Sales and would need to update/modify some of them, and to delete others. However, when i try to delete or to modify settings (such as "Display when creating transactions" from Yes to No), I have the notification that "since the custom field has been used in some transactions, it cannot be deleted" (although for some fields i just try to modify settings of the custom field, not to delete it)... Hi, I have a problem and I am not sure how to fix it. In the Q1 I have an invoice 00006 sended and not payed by my client, because this invoice is incorrect due to exists another invoice in Q2 related with the works and this has been payed. furthermore the invoice 00006 has been already declared to public treasury, so I need to make rectifying invoce in Q3 with negative value of 00006 because I need to recover the payed taxes. I love Zoho Mail and I also love Zoho Invoice so I was surprised to learn that it seems you two don't get along. Issues attaching documents to invoices
I have 2 businesses that i use zoho for. One of my businesses i need to attach work orders to every invoice. Hello, Is it possible to have VAT tax codes defaulted for certain project task line items when creating invoices? Example; we always have to calculate 19% for all our items in invoices, so we created the tax code for 19%. When creating invoices, we have to set this tax code manually for all project task line items (the default is 0%). How to use Invoice and CRM together without importing/exporting contacts?
I'd like what I'm doing in Invoice to be reflected in CRM, at least as far as the customers I've already set up in Invoice. Is there no interconnectivity between the two? Right now I can only see one way to populate CRM with my customers, and that's via export from Invoice and import to CRM. That seems kind of "broken" to me given that Zoho is marketed as a sort of "all in one" suite.

Attaching Files to Projects
I own a small, private construction business and am using Zoho Invoice to organize and budget my various projects. When I go to a new project sight and discuss various estimates, I write out a basic project invoice and description on paper. I like these because they are quick and I am used to them.
