Items missing on invoice
I created an invoice on Continental template but there's Item name missing! But the description to this item is seen though. What could be the problem, please help!
What is going on? For 3 days your servers have been unavailable!
Since Wednesday, several times a day the invoice servers are unavailable. If I try to save or pull up anything it fails and I normally have to wait 15 or 20 minutes until they come back on line. This isn't a computer thing because it's like this on all my machines and it's not a network thing because all other sites work fine. Please advise.
Convert estimate to retainer invoice?

Pop up calander
When I created a new invoice a calendar pops up when I go to enter the invoice date, I would like to be able to bring up the Calendar when I am adding items to an invoice. I have 2 customers that I invoice at the end of the month but do quite a lot of work for so have a lot of items on the invoice. On each one I put where and what the work was done then the date. On my computer I can just click on the clock to see a small calender but I cannot do that in the phone app.
Invoice not showing up as paid on client dashboard
My client paid their invoice with paypal business payments and it's not showing up as paid or even payment pending. So if they have multiple invoices and forget which one they paid, they are actually able to pay the same invoice twice. This is a problem. Can this be fixed asap? Thank you!

Add ability to invoice customer for all projects in a given time period
I am a professional who sends out invoices on a monthly basis. In a particular month, I sometimes do more than one project for a particular client. I would like to be able to: Choose a time period Choose a customer Invoice that customer for work done on multiple projects during that time period. Add display by week view to "All Timesheet" display
Currently, the Timesheet>All Timesheet>Calendar view is monthly only. Also, each day shows the time spent on each task, but does not identify the project (you have to click on the entry to display details). I bill most projects using the timer. I would like to be able to view my timesheet on a weekly calendar (similar to the weekly display view in Google Calendar) so there is more room to show details. The detail shown should be the project name, not the task name. Total time elapsed would be helpful,
Show timesheet date in separate column on invoice
Currently, if you choose to show the "timesheet date" in the item description, it appears under under the "task and description" column. However, this ends up putting multiple types of data in the same column. The date should be in its own column. I do not see an option under Templates>Item Table>For Invoices created from Projects to add a column for timesheet date (which, on the invoice, should be called "date").

New version minor bugs: customer notes and customer notes label in template
Hi, First of all, congratulations on the new version, it is a lot better! There are 2 minor bugs in the new version: 1. When you edit or create an invoice, if you have a default value for customer notes and you want to delete them and have no notes in the invoice and check to be used in the future, it doesn't allow you to save. Copy customized templates to new organization?
I've added a new organization, it's just like the old organization but a new name and location. I would like to copy my templates and email responses from the old organization to the new one (both will remain operational). I would prefer NOT to have to recreate it all in the new organization. Hi Guys, I've recently just started up a very small computer business with little to no customers currently. Which means at this stage I will never need anywhere near 500 customers. I really love Zoho Invoicing as it's a very simple program to use but I find that I don't think I'll be able to afford $15p/m for the first plan. iOS Mobile APP: Unable to search items
Hi all, I recently updated a number of our employees to the newest Zoho invoice on iOS and have an issue. When adding an item on an invoice/estimate it brings up the list of available items and I can scroll through to select. I cant seem to find the search option that used to be there. We have several hundred items in our list so scrolling through them would take way too long. Am I missing the button somewhere, or was it removed? Thank you.

Currency Format: Add option 1'234'567.89
Hi I would like to have another Currency Format: 1'234'567.89 In Switzerland we use a single quotation mark (not curly) to separate thousands and a dot for the decimals. (see also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimal_mark#Examples_of_use) Why don't you just provide a field for the decimal separator and a field for the thousand separator and the users can then choose on their own? I'm using a basic Gmail account for my business, not a Google App account. I am also utilizing a service that allows me to track email opens and link clicks. It would be very helpful to have an option to send my emails via my Gmail account instead of using the Zoho Invoice interface. Is there currently a "Send with Gmail" option?

Retrieving invoice with REST v3 don't exist
Hi, I'm new to zoho API, and I'm developing an application that GETs invoices. I can retrieve invoices through /invoices, but while trying to retrieve the details of one invoice I get the error 1002: Invoice doesn't exist. I'm using this uri: https://invoice.zoho.com/api/v3/invoices/1234500000098765?authtoken=343045xxxxxxxxxxxx&organization_id=xxxxxxx 1234500000098765 is meant to be invoice_id. It exists because I get it with /invoices. So, what I'm doing wrong? Thanks
Individual Client Rates
I would like to be able to set a per hour rate for each of my clients - I, like most service providers have no need for products but offer all my services on an hourly basis. A field in each client to establish their hourly rate and being able to bill them accordingly would be great as clients pay different rates for different reasons (i.e for us schools and charities have a discount as do local businesses) - at the moment I have to use the discount option per invoice and have to somehow remember
Why does the PDF version of my invoice (custom template) look COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the preview?
The invoice that displays on screen, right before I click SEND, is beautiful. The invoice that gets converted into PDF or emailed via the Send button -- much more simple. Could it have something to do with the fact that I created custom HTML templates? Why doesn't that show up as the preview, though?

Expense not in Price List
Hi, Great that I can add unbilled expenses when I invoice my customer. However, for a customer using a custom price list, Zoho Invoice tells me that "Automobile Expense is not in the price list PriceListUSA. Please enter the item rate manually.. This does not make sense when I have a specific expense such as "Gas $33" with a specific amount already attached to it. What do I do? Many thanks
Item List per Client
I am wondering if there is a way for me to create an Item List per Customer. For example, If I select Customer 1, I only want to see Items associated with Customer 1. If I select Customer 2, I only want to see Items associated with Customer 2, so on and so forth. Currently, I am only able to view All Items. I hope I am being clear in my explanation.
Importing Invoices
Hi, I am importing invoices from a CSV file and have a couple of questions: Am I able to determine the email template the invoice should use as I have two based upon how they pay? When importing can the invoices be automatically emailed once imported? If not, there is a problem when trying to send more than one invoice as the system say "...experiencing a roadblock" and invoices were not emailed...." - this happens everytime.. Regards Chris
Poor wording in portal welcome message
Is it just me, or is the word "you" missing from your portal welcome pop-up message? We're excited to see here at the portal. Here you can find all your transactions associated with ********************. You can access this portal at anytime and keep track of all your payment details. Can I suggest something simple like "Welcome to the client portal. Here you can find all..." Some things just sound more natural than others.

Dashboard settings
Is there a setting so when viewing the dashboard I can view sales and receipts for the current calendar year? Currently by default it shows the past 12 months. I would like to be able to see just the sales and receipts just for 2014 YTD.
Stange line with "Minimalist" template
Hello, I'm using the "Minimalist" template for my invoices and it works well when creating and in preview. Although in the pdf and in the print preview I can see an additional row after the only item inserted with a 0 in the rate column. Is this a bug?
Payment Option. Need to select every time.
When creating an Invoice I need to select the "payment option" every time for some Customers. For others it remembers the payment option (Braintree). Is there a way that once a Customer has been Invoiced that it remembers the "payment option"? For some Customers it remembers "braintree" and for others I need to select braintree every time I create an Invoice.
