I'd love for the registration form to automatically create an invoice if they don't pay with a credit card during registration. Now I'd like to apply an additional field which is "filter_by" where I'd pass "Status.Active" as value. I want to use the same information for every invoice for every project when creating an invoice in the "Project Invoice information" dialog but it will not keep the same values each time. open existing project, clone it, type in name, click Save and you are taken to the new project page displaying the new name but when you click Done it takes you back to the page for the project that you cloned. click the back icon to the main Projects page and shows the new project at the top of the list with a blank name. I have tried to install it on four different macbooks, on two of them everything is perfect, but on the other two, the app is crashing during opening. I have an attachment in invoice notification email template (please see the screenshot). It is a newsletter that I'd like to send to all customers with invoices. But when I select multiple invoices and click email icon button to send them it sends emails without that newsletter attachment. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the date format display on pages for inputting data from the US format (MM-DD-YY) to the UK format (DD-MM-YY). Our current invoicing is as follows: - Architectural fees for a project are a pre-agreed fixed amount - the contract amount. Our contracts are the result of an offer (estimate) sent and agreed by the customer - The project is broken in 12-15 work stages each of which bears a % of the contract amount e.g stage 1 - deposit 10% of contract amount, stage 2 - design 15% of contract amount etc - At the completion of each stage the client is billed with the corresponding stage amount, (based on the stageFiles saved on Zoho Invoice as XLSX (good) but when accessed/downloaded they are converted to .txt--HELP
Love Zoho Invoice. But here's a question: when I invoice clients monthly, I push an invoice with invoice detail from excel. The excel is saved to Zoho Invoice as an .xlsx file and it sends to the client correctly. The issue is that later, when I go to access to attachment easily, the attachment saved WITH the invoice has been converted to a .txt file.
