synchronizing custom field for the purpose of Invoice email address
Hi, I have created a custom field in CRM, for the use of storing an emailaddress for invoice purposes. The account manager enters this field in CRM (he doesn't have access to ZoHo Invoice). I want to synchronize this custom field so that the invoice emailaddress is imported in ZoHo Invoice and it will be used for sending the invoice to the customer via email automatically (default invoice email address). Currently, the emailaddress of the primary contact of the customer is being used, but this isitems- commisions

Hi Zoho team, Is it possible to get statistics on estimates the same as can be viewed with the Invoices section with the dashboard. I have been using zoho invoice for my invoicing operations, and am very happy with the product on the whole. Before using Zoho, i used to manually create invoices and then print them out, add my company stamp, sign on it and then courier it to my client. The courier company used to send a pick up guy every couple of days to collect all invoices and send them on my behalf. I am receiving this error when trying to connect to CRM from Invoice. I am copying and pasting my email and ZSC key from CRM, so it is not a typo on my end. I know many of your customers are service oriented businesses, but surely there are many who actually invoice and ship products via Zoho Invoice. Currently, we send invoices, and once payment is made, we print the invoice and use it as a "Picking Slip and Receipt for the customer. When we receive notice that an invoice has been paid, we then login to Zoho, print the invoice that was paid, pick the item/(s), login to Stamps.com and manually print the shipping label. I was using my mobile client fine for a while now, but over the last 4 days I have been having problems when I try to submit a timesheet entry from the timer. I interact with the zoho invoice API quite a bit and it seems that you guys have quite a bit of validation on the data that gets created in zoho. For example contact and invoices fields prevent some special characters from being used when creating entries in zoho. This is great, but it doesn't seem to be documented anywhere. When I created a new invoice a calendar pops up when I go to enter the invoice date, I would like to be able to bring up the Calendar when I am adding items to an invoice. I have 2 customers that I invoice at the end of the month but do quite a lot of work for so have a lot of items on the invoice. On each one I put where and what the work was done then the date. Hello, I've had a telephone conversation a month ago with Dinesh on this topic and my request to allow for the addition of VAT on Retainer Invoices. It's currently not possible to add VAT to Retainer Invoices and it was mutually agreed that there is absolutely no reason why there shouldn't be, especially as TAX LAW makes VAT mandatory on each invoice in Europe! Hey Team Zoho, I'm exporting some reports as I prepare my 2014 taxes. The specific report I'm using is the Invoice Details report. When I run the report, the web display of the report looks great. Very clean and tidy. However, when I export it to Excel or CSV formats, the results are much different. Column headings have strange names , and some columns are missing altogether (like Customer Name). How can I get a report export which is nice, clean and includes all of the columns? I am setting up Invoice after may years using Zoho CRM. I have a long list of accounts in my CRM. Many accounts are dormant and will not receive invoices in the near future. When establishing my Invoice contact list using the CRM sync method, can I chose to sync just my active accounts/contacts? (A subset?) I would prefer to have my Zoho Invoice customer list streamlined and don't want the inactive customers to show up in Invoice. Is there a solution in the sync process? My client paid their invoice with paypal business payments and it's not showing up as paid or even payment pending.
