Is there a way to communicate with a customer over an estimate?
I run a custom PC business and all of my pre-sales communications with my customers revolve around the "estimate" (quote) itself. But in ZOHO CRM, it seems that all estimates are sent by set "templates". (There is a "note" field for each estimate, but it's a small text area meant for some simple comments). Is there a way to communicate with a potential customer in a single email that has the estimate information displayed in email? Example: 1. Hi I'm Italian and we have multiple taxes and I can't get it work with zoho invoices.. I have generally 3 taxes: cnpaia (4%), iva (21%), and than ritenuta d'acconto (-20%) this is the correct formula for 1000€ cnpaia: 40€ iva (1000 + 40) * 20%: 218.40€ ritenuta d'acconto: -200€ Total: 1058.40 this is my zoho taxes configuration: my taxes group: - cnpaia 4% - iva 21% (stacked tax) - ritenuta d'acconto -20% zoho partials: cnpaia: 40€ iva (1000 + 40 - 200) * 21%: 176.40€ ritenuta d'acconto: -200€ Total:Deleting credit in new UI
I cannot find a way to edit/delete an outstanding credit in the new UI. In the old UI, under Invoices - Payments Received, you can edit/delete outstanding credits. Is there a way to do this in the new UI?Importing Payments and payment mode
If I enter a payment manually, I can enter/create a new payment mode that can then be reused with other payments. However, when importing payments from a CSV file, it does not appear to support custom payment mode types/text. I'm investigating paid invoice management systems like Zoho, and I see this comes up every 6 months or so here on the forums, looks like it's about time for another request. So far the biggest missing feature for my business is the inability to add billable expenses to an existing time invoice. Randomly today it seems that fields from my my organizations profile are missing from the right corner of all of our estimates and invoices generated. Some fields are showing up such as; organization name, address, city, postal code, and country. But phone, fax, website, and our license number set as a VAT will not appear. The generated estimates and invoices still have gaps in this area where the information used to be. VAT does not apply to all of my goods. Therefore, the customer needs to see a breakdown of where VAT is applied and not.
