In the past couple of weeks I've asked 2 support questions in the Zoho Invoice forums, neither of which has been replied to by anyone from Zoho. In the past the Zoho team used to be very responsive, typically answering a support question in the forum within the day. This responsiveness and interaction with users was one of the key attractions to me of using Zoho. I'm sorry to see that the response time seems much slower now. I have just recently setup Zoho Creator to insert 316 Invoices in one day into Zoho Invoice. However when I execute the schedule it only creates 99 Invoices in Zoho Invoice. I have checked my limits in Zoho Creator and I have the ability to insert 500 records to other zoho api's in one day. Hi, If I receive a single payment from a client covering several invoices, and apply that payment from the Customer Details page, the confirmation email that gets sent out only references one of the invoices (via the %InvoiceNumber% placeholder). Really where the single payment is applied to multiple invoices the %InvoiceNumber% placeholder needs to return the list of all relevant invoices, otherwise the email is confusing. Hi guys, Love what you are doing here. And am very interested to switch from using Quick Books Online from Intuit. The most obvious feature missing where QBO chines is the automatic invoice generation. They way I work is as I go through the week, I enter charges from time worked on projects, for each of my customers. Then on Monday morning at about 1:00 AM, the system automatically combines all these changes and produces invoices that are then sent to the customer. Hi Zoho team, We are considering whether we can manage our expenses in the Invoice. For testing purposes we imported a part of the expenses from another software. I'm not sure if I understand how a customer's balance is used on invoice emails. This is where I am confused: Customer A has a credit of $100 and a recurring fee of $20/month. When the invoice email goes out it says that the current charge is $20 and that the balance is $20. The customer's credit is not reflected in this balance, which should show an $80 credit. Hi , I would like to make one invoice for a all year instead of 12 invoices. Can we add a condition payment, that will say : payment every month or in 12 times (because we withdraw the cash from our client account) ? Hi, I tried to use the current "customer notes" at Zoho Invoice, but was very disappointed on the poor functionality. If you select a customer, there is a space in the very lowest part, where you can add a note for your internal use. This note is not shown for the customer. This would be good to use, for example to add simple notes on dates, calls and content of discussion you had with your customer. Some of my clients sign a term plan agreement, i.e. they pay in 1 to 3 payments for their purchases, where the agreements specifies exact date of payment or number of days after a milestone is reached or as a percentage of the agreement at each payment. I run a retail business with over 2000 items. When I choose and select items to go onto the invoice, i'm running into a problem where once a item is selected, the box is so short that I cannot see what the item is that I have selected. Once I click the box again, the items does not appear to allow me to confirm. So my questions is whether the invoice entry view can be adjusted, because I adjusted the PDF view once it's exported.... Also, because there's 2000+ items, the quick search box allows onlyCustom Template - Export to PDF?

So again Zoho is completely off the air for 30 minutes this morning and right now is apparently crippled judging from the speed of the service. Last outage I learned that you don't answer the support number when you've crashed so I'm left wondering why I'm wondering what's going on? Would it be so hard to send out an email to customers telling us what the status is, when you expect to have it fixed, etc.? Maybe an announcement on the support page or the forums? On my invoice template: the tag : Invoice Total: %Total% would render something like : Invoice Total: USD736.85 Invoice Balance due: USD736.85 I don't like the format "USD736.85" because when I search for the amount 736.85 in Gmail it does not render the right results. I have a requirement whereby I need to send out Zoho Invoice email from my zoho creator application i.e. the creator application generates invoices and emails them out (something I would manually do by going into the Zoho Invoice interface and click "Send Email" on the right of the invoice.
