On an invoice template not all placeholders exist for all customers invoices. Examples are the %CompanyStreetAddress2% or %TermsAndCondition% ... But when we create a new recurring invoice we receive the message bellow. I am creating an invoice from within creator. This part works fine when I create a stand-alone form. I would actually like to incorporate the invoice form in with my task form so that I can complete all info at the same time. This is not true syncing, you should change the name to "import" until you have updated to support true bi-directional syncing of data. Hello I dont know why i get this error. I try do add a payment to an invoice via the api! https://invoice.zoho.com/api/payments/create The ammount of the payment is equal to the ammount of the invoice but in my response i get an error with code 10081 which tells me that the ammount of the payment is higher than the ammount of the invoice! Not a huge priority but when you're up to thousands of customers, it'd be good to be able to search for a customers name or business from the Invoice screen. Also, on the search (currently under customers), shouldn't the default search also include the names of "contact persons". The Zoho Invoice summary screen is lacking with regards to printing and email status support. I can't be the only business who needs to quickly see when invoices were last printed, emailed or snail mailed (whichever was most recently done). Hi, I just started using ZOHO billing and invoicing for my web design and web hosting business, I was using intuit quickbooks but the deal is better here for the price and amount of things I can do for 14 dollars less each month is great. I have successfully set it all up and moved all of my clients and customers into it and began to send invoices which have been paid thru paypal. Hello, I am having a problem with ZOHO invoices it seems. I have been using intuit quick books for a while and I saw that ZOHO had the same features for less price and with more invoices, clients and recurring billing too. I am currently testing Zoho Invoice for functionality with terms and condtions page. What I am looking for is a streamlined solution, where customer has to review and accept agreement before making the payment. One way to do it would be echosign or docusign esignature and then separate invoice. It's $15 a month+ double work solution though. Another way would be fastdue with it's contracts and invoices.
