When I use multiple currencies for different invoices, I get the following bugs: 1) Reports come in single currency - the base currency (this might not be a bug) 2) The currency conversion rate seems to be applied in the reverse. For example if I put 1 INR = 0.016 EUR, the reports effectively show 1 INR = 1/(0.016) EUR. The second mistake seems to be a simple bug (wrong operator used?). Please look into this. Not sure if this is the right Forum but maybe a moderator can redirect. Just had some of my emailed invoices get bounced. Turns out one of SPAM Assassin's Blacklist providers has blocked the smtp ip for Zoho - 72.5.230.67. Check it here: http://www.uceprotect.net/en/rblcheck.php. ; So I have to export to pdf and email separately, but it's not as convenient as the original Zoho service. Anyone else experiencing this?Poorly Imported
Maybe someone can help me - I imported a batch of invoices yesterday and they all imported with a date of 12/31/1969 (don't ask). I am trying to delete them and import the information correctly (I believe this had to do with the way I formatted the dates). At any rate, the help files say I can delete multiple invoices but there is no delete key anywhere I can find when I select a row of invoices. I also noticed that I cannot make these invoices "open" (which I don't necessarily want to do). Sinceinvoice dont work

Hi there, I have a problem when sending out to certain multiple addresses. I have a customer who has an email address formatted similarly to this: abc.def@xyz-group.co.uk If there are multiple of these addresses separated by commas, the error message appears along the lines of 'format not found in to' or similar (please check). Hello, I have found ALL my automated reminder emails have an issue with the "Make payment via PayPal" link. When clicking on the link in an email, the customer ends up at Zoho Invoice sign in page. Looking at the link code, and comparing it with the code in an invoice sent before the reminder, I found ":443" to be missing and replaced by an extra"/" after https://invoice.zoho.com However, manual reminders, DO NOT have this issue. Hi Zoho, first of all thanks for this great product! I just want to point out that the Italian translation has big errors in a lot of places. There are also points were is missing, points were different menu elements are translated in the same way (!!!), and lots of layout problem generated because italian is much more longer than enlish and so the text goes on two lines. Please could you double check with an Italian mother tongue and a real italian user your translation? Thanks a lot.Filename

Hello just saw the zoho apps an i was faczinated. Sorry bad english bud im a german ;-) I try it an miss some things they are nessary to fit the german and european law. For instant totaly translation and some aditional filds on the invoce. Hi, A little while back one of our customers used the PayPal payment option to pay an invoice For some reason though the payment is showing up twice within the Payments section of the invoice! We would like to use the Payments Received to filter our records that we can send through to our shipping software. Zoho Invoice Team, I've discovered a bug or oversight. If you have Multiple contacts associated with a customer, and then send an invoice to them, only the first contact's name replaces the %FirstName% in the email template. Shouldn't it have all contacts names? Example: Customer= ACME Supplies Contact 1 = Wylie Coyote Contact 2 = Bugs Bunny Template contains: "Dear %FirstName%," %FirstName% should be replaced with "Wylie & Bugs", but is only being replaced with "Wylie". I would like to see the feature for payments prossed from with the application like freshbook and simpleinvoice have were you can select payment method and the info is redirected to paypal for payment just like the link in the email does. We work on site and this is a great way to get paid on the spot with a credit card for services provided. I have just switched to using Zoho Invoice. I wanted to start the new year fresh using it exclusively for my invoicing needs. However, I am receiving payments this year for invoices that were sent out from when I was using Quicken. What is a good way to account for this in Zoho Invoice? Do I make fake invoices with the same number as in Quicken and mark them as paid? Can I just receive a payment without an invoice? Thanks for any suggestions. JCustomized email template issue
Hello, we’ve realized that the pdf version of both new and old created invoices (customized invoice template) is a lot heavier and with bigger characters and higher rows than a few days ago. We've for example verified that a PDF invoice attached to the notification email sent on 02 January is 29 Kb of size, while the same invoice, if notificated again today through email, results in a 288 kb size PDF. The size of the attachment is not a big problem, but the bigger characters and higher rows may causeTemplate Help

Hello, we're experiencing a problem with the autogeneration of the invoice number: even if we delete every invoice from the account and we set the auto generation invoice number at 0001, the new invoice retains a number that starts form the last invoice number even if ALL the previous invoices have been deleted from the account. Great service. Simple and effective. I especially like the statement feature as my clients need to see the big picture rather than simply one invoice. Some suggestions for improving customer statements: 1. On the customer statement, a payment by the customer should be shown as a negative number. Charges are positive which is appropriate as they increase the balance due. I checked my credit card statement for example and that is exactly how they display payments as well as credits - as negativeCloning or duplicating an invoice
Cloning or duplicating an invoice is an often requested feature. We really feel bad to keep saying that it is not currently support. Yes, this is definitely on the priority list and will be added shortly but till such time we suggest the following work around. Give this a try and let us know your comments. Typically the requirement here is to copy the entire content of the invoice apart from the customer information. Here is how you can do that 1.
