I am trying to use Zoho Mail desktop app on Mac but it opens in a very small window. Screen shot attached. I am not able to resize or maximize the window
Problem with email notifications in Android cellphones
The last month me and my colleagues are facing an issue with the Zoho Mail application in our Android mobiles. We do not receive pop notifications that we have new emails. Only if we access the application we can check if we have something new. We have tried to reinstall the application but the problem still exists. Is it a Zoho app problem or maybe we have missed an Android setting? Do you have same issues?

Composing Window splitter above attachments is fixed height, not adjustable
When adding attachments to an email, the window becomes split, and the attachments appear in a very small separate window at the bottom, suitable for just a few attachments, depending upon your window resolution. If you add more than 4-6 attachments, a scroll bar appears, but the window splitter doesn't expand, nor can I adjust the window splitter manually. The attachment area is tiny, as is the scroll bar. Have you considered re-designing that function?

Hi, I have a zoho email account that I want to fetch to Gmail, however, it is giving me error " Server denied POP3 access for the given username and password. Server returned error: "Authentication failed" ". I have entered the correct email, password and following Incoming Server Settings:Incoming Server Name: pop.zoho.com Port: 995 Require SSL: Yes I have not enabled TFA for my account, then why it is giving me this error?

Custom Login Domain
I just configure the custom login for the email (adding the CNAME to DNS). The problem is in ALL BROWSER has a error "Note : Cookie is disabled in your browser. Please enable the cookie to continue." or doesn't appear the login information. Someone can help me with this issue?

Im using the @zoho.com for my mail. More and more often it's going to people's spam folder. When I first started using zoho mail it was pretty rare, now it's about 15%. What can be done?
How can I access my calendar
Hello, I'm logged in to mail.zoho.com and can see all my emails. How can I access my calendar from there? All I know is to go to calendar.zoho.com/mycalendar in a separate tab in my browser. Isn't there a way to do this from the inbox? Display a second tab? Regards, Michael

Documents unable to upload
For the past 2 days, I keep getting an error message telling me that documents that I've attached to e-mails are still uploading. The problem is that they never actually upload and the e-mail is not allowed to send. This is extremely frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would to be able to search through my emails by date. I don't see any option in the advanced search menu to be able to sort emails by a specific date. Is there a way to do this? Please let me know and I look forward to hearing back from anyone. Thanks.
Error zoho mail, hidden message editor
It is not possible to send or reply to messages, webmail is not providing the text editor for the message, and returns the error "TypeError: Z.getContent is not a function" when trying to send the message.
Outgoing/Incoming disabled

5 users limit and no IMAP is a joke!
Guys, yo used to have 25 free users limit and allow to use IMAP in free account and I was pretty much happy with the service despite occasional IMAP and SMTP denial of service. I have just wasted an hour to setup a new account for a small startup only to find out that I can not add now more than 5 users and no IMAP? smtp timeout when sending big files
hello, i am using zoho mail from outlook and when i send an e-mail with a big attachment (more than 5MB) I receive an error regarding smtp timeout. I can send the same file from webmail without problem. Also I can send smaller attachments from outlook without problems. My upload speed is a bit slow (about 700kbps) but should work
Custom Login Branding
I tried login into my mail thru the custom login url but it seems Zoho removed branding from the login and redirects to a generic login, that sucks! is this temporary thing or is it the new login because i hate it already.

I've made a mistake and I set the administrator email to administrator@mydomain.co.il and i want it to be office@mydomain.co.il how may i change it? Assigning Tasks to external user
Hello, I want to assign task to one of my user and send a notification to the personnel on zoho as well as their personal email. How can I achieve the same? I am on the free mail plan. i have created an id for the user within the free plan and assigning the the task to them. But since I am on a free plan mail forwarding is not possible and aliases of external domains are not allowed as well. Any suggestions for a workaround? Thanks, Anand

Hi Support, We have recently configured one new mail server in-house under domain ekbana.info (mail.ekbana.com) its a Zimbra mail server, surprisingly all email send from ekbana.info lands on spam on zoho.
