Hi can we exclude a user from organization spam policies?
Zoho Mail: Search not working.
Zoho Mail: Mail Search not working. Simply not working. - Totally inconsistent. For example it finds mails with the word "plan" but not the word "paint" -- even when some emails have the both words in them. - When searching for a name in an email, it seems to pull up my contacts list -- don't really want this -- but when I choose a name, then it does not find emails with that name in them, neither in the address nor in the body of the email. Webhook automatically gets disabled
Hi team, I have an outgoing Webhook called "Bubble". It is supposed to send every new email to my Bubble app. I see that it often gets automatically disabled. I manually enable it > and it sends one email successfully > and then automatically gets disabled.
The account is not active.
I am currently using 2 email accounts with zoho. One of those accounts has been apparently blocked or deactivated... Every time I try to login I get the message "The account is not active". It's quite embarrassing since I use this account to communicate with some of my clients. I am writing this using the login data corresponding to the second account which is still active. Zoho Contacts imports CATEGORIES: but only the first one

My collegue was trying to download the desktop version of Zoho Mail and if kept failing to install. The file name just says Zoho_mail_1_6_3.pkg If you have 2 versions, first of all please add ARM in the file name. Also make the downlink options more clear.
