The Desk mobile app doesn't display the ticket count on the active/selected view. You have to open the sidebar and look up for the ticket count for your specific view in there. Please add the ticket count information into the title of the selected view.Multiple Accounts !!

ZOHO AppCreator is fantastic. Although Barcode and QR Code field data entry is great features, they do require good light to work. Ever since Gmail came out, the action of archiving e-mails (instead of deleting them) has become my most common action on a message after I've read or responded to it. In the latest and previous versions of the Zoho Mail mobile app (I use iOS), the Archive option is not easily accessible from a message.
