Help - Zoho CRM notification on mobile (IOS/Android)
Hello Community! Can I get the IOS/Andoid CRM app to notify me of events, calls, etc. due as I can with MANY other apps? I am running the free Zoho I would like this to be native to the Zoho CRM app. I do not want to write a sep. mobile appLog incoming calls on Android CRM?
I keep reading that I'm able to log incoming calls on the CRM app for Android, but when I answer a call and hang up, I never get the option to log. Is there a special admin I need to do for that? Or permissions? ThanksMultiple Zoho Accounts on Android/iOS Apps

Hi, Our sales team is in the field (with no access to a Laptop). The need to be able to share Zoho CRM record information to the office via email or slack. Hi Guys, We're going to deploy a card scanning app to our business development force and would like clarification on WHICH of the two apps provided by Zoho would be best? They seem to do the same thing; except one is sold for "free" (the card scanning engine is a 4.99 add-on) whilst the other is 4.99 out of the box. Is there any difference between the two? I have only just switched from Apple to Samsung and whilst I was really pleased to see the app, I cant believe that it only works in landscape mode. I have a Tab S with a Logitech keyboard attached. Whilst this is a brilliant setup it only allows landscape orientation. Other apps "auto rotate" this app doesn't seem to which in my case makes it unusable. Am I missing something.
