How do I change the order of my notes in the mobile app for iphone from alphabetical/numerical to by date?
When I use Zoho CRM on my computer and enter a new note, all the notes stay in the order I entered them. By date. Which makes sense. However, when I look at the notes on my mobile phone app, all the notes are arranged in numerical order. This is frustrating because I am not able to see which note I entered last. Is there a way to order the notes on my iphone app by date? So that my most recent note is on top? This is really essential to what I do.m.zoho contacts ( zoho mobile)
Can you view zoho contacts while signed into m.zoho.com? You can access mail,calendar,docs but no contacts icon. The only place i found contacts while on the Zoho mobile site is under composing a new email. You can select TO and it will bring up your contacts to add to your email but thats it. It would be nice to be able to quickly view,add,modify your contacts from within zoho mobile. ?????Sync zoho with exchange activesync

Hello all, Having made a call through the Zoho iPhone app, I then (as I have previously) entered Zoho to Edit the Call but I am now unable. The "*Call Start Time" requires an entry but the field is unavailable (I can't click in it and it won't accept "Today") and therefore I am unable to enter a date. Additionally if I try to Save the Call I am greeted with the following error message "Call Start Time cannot be empty". Seems I'm caught in a loop, can anyone offer advice? When I search for a lead with my mobile app, often I'm looking for the name of the business owner. Because I can only search for the business owners name and not the business name, this app does no justice. Anyone else have this problem is it just me?CRM Android Feature Requests
I think the app needs the following basics to be usable: Leads need to have a 'Sort by Date' feature. In fact leads seem to be missing the created date and modified date. Tasks and Events do not link to the Lead or Contact. Hi, recently I changed from the beta version (Blackberry Mobile CRM) to legal (paid) use. Accounts and contacts that have been accessible before easily in beta version, are not available on my mobile account anymore. They are on the CRM database, but not available through mobile CRM. Only the accounts that have been created since I switched to paid version are available. My tasks on my laptop do not match the tasks on my iphone using Zoho Mobile CRM app. For example, I show 21 tasks for today on my laptop and only 14 on my iphone. I have tried the suggestion of "resent application" and it doesn't solve the problem. Hi, Zoho Mobile seems to have become unusable on my Nokia E71. Before the latest release it worked fine on all my browsers. A few days ago I did have an issue accessing with Opera Mini 5 beta but seeing as Zoho Mobile was still accessible using Opera Mini 4 and the phone's native browser it wasn't a problem. Since yesterday it has become unusable on all browsers. I've bookmarked https://m.zoho.com and use it regularly on my HTC Sensation. In general, I like the mobile site. That being said, I find the initial "dashboard" loads almost immediately (which I love), but drilling down into my unread emails tends to either be very, very slow or it just never loads at all. Hi We have fixed the issue that was troubling a few users in successfully syncing their Calendars and Contacts with their Samsung Mobile phones with Android Operating system. Hi Zoho, I started getting popups on my iphone today prompting me for the password for my zoho calendars, which I have been successfully using for a while now as exchange accounts. I have verified my passwords by logging in to Calendar via web browser, but when I enter the password on the iphone, it says the "password incorrect". Hello, The three people in our company all have the same Last Name. We have noticed the following buggy behavior with the app for iPhone (we're all using iOS version 4.3.5 on iPhone 4): If a user who is not the Contact Owner tries to update information in a field that already has information in it, the field will not update and display to the other CRM users. The default setting of unread emails is handy if all you want to check are the new emails. however, i quite often refer back to information in recent emails and would prefer to set the default to "inbox" is this already possible or is it a feature that could be considered?Cant open accounts or contact through mobile version
I am having issues not being able to open contacts or accounts through the mobile app. It was working fine but has stopped now. It just hangs/freezes everytime I try. Some other forums notes say that it is in Beta version on on the roadmap, but I don't see how when it is clearly shown on the mobile menu. Spent an entire morning to try to get Zoho to work on two different Samsung Galaxy Tabs (10 with Android 3.1) and the older 7-inch with Android 2.x on it. My findings: - Mail with IMAP - no problem (would not expect it). - Syncing with ActiveSync: Mail apparently not supported at all (which you will find out after a lot of digging in support forums and manuals) Calendar and Contacts works lousy at best and can be considered to be unusable. 10.1 with Android 3.1 - Have never been able to evenCan't write in fields
