When I use the email feature to share a note from notebook it uses a display name that is different from both my full name and my nick name. It shows the display name as "jay" (lowercase j). I sometimes paste things I need to save the format of, on my macbook pro when i paste to notebook it makes very large blank lines and destroys my formatting. I cant find an option to disable, is it possible too? ALso, can you attach any kind of files? I cant seem to attach a .yaml file. Hi, I use Zoho Notebook Windows & Web app in split screen quite a lot.... especially in my recording booth. I can have notebook scripts on the right of the screen and recording software on the left. The editing menu functions of Notebook cover the first line of the text which makes it difficult to read and you can't click on the first line to edit it. Is there a way to make notes full screen so they take up all the space available? I've attached a screen grab that may explain it better. I love Notebook. It has a few quirks, some completely harmless, and to be honest this is one of them, but it's so annoying. The problem I am facing is this: I have started making a habit out of colour-coding all my uni notes and to-do lists etc. across a multitude of apps. I get to my uni lecture, open up a note, prepare it by naming it my class name and today's date, then I'm almost ready to start note-taking. The gmail add-on is a fantastic idea especially because gmail currently has a highlighting bug and won’t let you scroll down while highlighting so you literally can’t copy paste more than a screen’s worth at a time. However, when the text from the email is added to notebooks there are huge gaps in the text. I love the gmail extension especially since gmail has a bug right now that prevents me from highlighting an entire email. But when the text from the email shows up in notebooks, it’s full of huge spaces randomly inserted in the text like this. It doesn’t happen with every email though. I have no idea what causes it. Out of the blue, almost all of my notebooks got duplicated and the different copies contain different information. Some seem like older copies than the others. I use the linux desktop app and sometimes the Android app. I assume that the sync failed at some point and was unable to merge the two versions together. I have a problem with synchronicization from phone to web. So I decided to Download the notebooks in zip. I tried troubleshooting but the app won't even let me log-out. I am having storage problems on my iphone and want to delete the Zoho Notebook app, but I don't want to delete my notebooks in the process. Although I love Zoho Notebook, one big thing that prevents me from using it is the atrocious image handling. Images on PC or Web show one size, but then on Android, it's thumbnail size and horrible quality. Yes, despite what Settings I choose. I think it could be useful if you're able to: "Expand image to note width." "Fit image to note size." "Wrap text around image." Kind of like you would see on a blog post. The website access to Notebook doesn't appear as an export feature. Copy/paste from an edit window into Word will get pics and text out. However, I can see no way to get sound clips. The Android app has an "Export PDF" and an "Export" option on the cards. Neither of these will export sound clips. Can't seem to save to a local folder, but "Export PDF" does seem to work sending to a Google Drive folder (still no sound clips).
