Notebook keeps losing my data
I had this problem a lot in the past and compensated for it by always copying the entire text of a note before closing it, but it seemed to be fixed and after many months of good behaviour from the app, I stopped doing that. Too bad for me, as today, I spent all morning compiling info to plan and launch my new Instagram account and when I closed the note and came back to it, everything I'd added today was gone. I hope someone can tell me what might be going on, because I can't continue to use thisSync problem with iphone and ipad air
I have installed Notebook in both Windows and Mac computers and now installed in iphone and ipad air. The notes are imported from Evernote (the conversion process was slow but seemed to work well; slow I mean like three days slow). Although Notebook works well in the computers, the iphone and ipad air show the notebooks, at least some, and keep "syncing" without ending for at least three days now. I have stopped the process, deleted the app and reinstalled and the same thing happens, neverendingSave Notes in Google Drive Folder?
Is there any way/workaround to save Notes in a specified Folger in Google Drive? I really love Notebook and its Features, and i´d like to use it as my go-to professional notetaking-app, but for that to happen i´d have to be able to save all Text-only Notes in a notebook to a specific Folder in Google Drive. Is there any possibility of making this happen (maybe with another external app, etc?)Android reports "Unsupported Type" for notecards that are fine on web version
All the notecards in my notepad are listed as "Unsupported Type" on my Samsung Galaxy A40 Android phone (screenshot attached). Most of them appear OK on the web version of the notepad. Is this a bug? Many thanks SteveNotecards are just outlines

The help system says that to group cards under Windows: Web : Press and hold Command key (Mac) or CTRL key (Windows) and tap the respective note cards to multi-select. Click Group at the top-right corner. But when I select the cards as per the first instruction, there is no Group in the top right corner, just Delete. I have attached a screenshot. Hello, Just discovered your Windows app, and got to say, it is lightweight, pretty, and easy to use. However I want to use it "offline". Therefore, I am wondering : using it as a "Guest" and doing regular backups of my hard drive, is it safe ? is there a risk of loosing all my notebooks because it is not linked to an account or is it all good ? Hello! I made a migration from Evernote to Zoho Notebook. Notes migrated incorrectly (checkboxes disappeared). I deleted all migrated notes to convert them myself little by little. But moreover now I see a notification at every start of zoho desktop. Please watch attached screenshot. I have to press "later" at every start. Can anyone tell me if there's a way to get Zoho to display the FULL TITLE of a notebook or note? I got the app via Google Play Store. I created an account and signed up on my Android phone, then I cannot use it anymore. I tested web version and sync between Mobile and web is good but in web version ( i used chrome) i can't load mp3 files or download mp3 files and I can't download audio file from text note. Hello, I am really happy about this app and the possibility to sync between iPad and Linux (Ubuntu). Nevertheless I ran into a problem. Under LInux the bar at the bottom of each note differs between different note types. The handwritten notes have a simple download-link (Arrow down). I miss this download link in the other note types. Pictures work laboriously via PDF export but audio export doesn't work at all. The ZIP export is no workaround for me: I can't make ZIPs without password and can't openTags -> Autocomplete when typing
Hello, I'm really liking your product having come from Google Keep. I mostly add tags to notes as I write in the editor, and like to incorporate them in the text. While I appreciate the option of creating and adding tags while typing, it really slows down the pace having to interact with the tag pop up window using the mouse. I'd suggest implementing a way to gain focus of that window when creating a tag via editor (Eg: CTRL+SPACE).
