Want to replicate tasks and milestones that belong to a separate project into a new project.Is it possible?
Whenever we start a new project,there are instances where many tasks and milestone occur and we have to create it individually again and again.Just wanted to know is there any option which can help us to select the milestones and task that we have worked on previously and can drag or select the same for our new project?Error with messages with specials characters
I've upgraded do Zoho 4.0 and when I post a comment with special chacarcters (in my case, portuguese characters, like é, á) they appear as html entity (i.e é).There is no links in documents tab in Zoho Projects 4.0

I am trying to set up my first Project and I was able create an initial Task and Milestone, but now when I try to create new ones, as soon as I click on a date in either the Start or End calendar the dialog box disappears and nothing saved. I am using the latest Chrome browser (it reports its version as 22.0.1229.91 beta-m) Everything else seems to be working fine. I am loving the new interface, however, I noticed that recent comments are at the bottom and I have to scroll down to see the most recent comment on a task. Is there a way to have the most recent tasks be listed at the top and the oldest at the bottom, this way when I am in the Tasks tab and I click on the task I will see the thread of comments but the most recent comment with be on top and its the first one I see.timezones

Hi, Ive been asked by my CTO if its possible to automatically export some information from the ZOHO Projects to our intranet. best would be if some of these where possible to have exported somehow; the overall dashboard - i could manage if I just got a daily CSV-file with the stats, and then later had to generate upp the graphs on our intranet an rss-feed with filter on it so that we could show some of the most important (whatever that is) stuff thats happening around the projects. an rss-feed withoutHow do you set up Projects to do...?

Zoho as a product is good but it lacks lot of functionality / reports . which i can see via the post /forum but how much is actually implemented something is a concern to the user requirement . what i / rest of the user community would require which are not currently available are the following report or functionality 1. If you notice in the attached screenshot showing the times reported by my team, times for September 24th are missing even though it says it is a weekly view showing last week (September 24, 2012 to September 30, 2012). So even though time sheet inputs for 5 days should be displayed, only 4 days are displayed! To display time submitted by my team for September 24th, I have to go to the "Last Month" view and manually add up times for those five days. Am I missing something? Any ideas?IDEA: Task Note Entry

The current gantt chart (and calendar and so on) show a schedule of 24H. My employees work within the period of 9am to 7pm. This means that huge parts of my schedule are empty (and even unreadable, because an 8 hour job barely is visible on the gantt chart). Will we be able, with some future release, to sort task lists and tasks using Safari/iPad touch screen? Currently, I am unable to use the iPad browser to manage the projects effectively because I can't sort task lists and tasks as they use drag-and-drop functionality. I Love Zoho, because of the enormous functions it has when compared to other Project tools out there. But despite all the great features it has, your Product is horrible in terms of UI Its like going into a big warehouse, where things are thrown here and there. it difficult to find anything . I don't know how other users use the Project Template system, but I find that having absolute dates doesn't make sense. Every time I want to use a template or revise one, I have to go through and fix all the dates. Relative Dates like how many days for a given milestone make sense, but not absolute dates. Hi, I have about 30-40 projects in my Zoho Projects account. Just signed up for the iphone app and paid the $30. Allocated the license to my username but I cannot see the more recent projects I have added. Just so you can test this my username is adrian@easywebrecruitment.com and I have just added a project called Test Project.
