Task duration should be in hours not days (IMHO)
Hello, I think the duration on tasks should be entered in hours, not days. As a freelance programmer, I always quote and think of jobs in terms of hours. For example, if a clients asks me to fix a non-functioning form, that might take 2 hours. Certainly it won't take days. sjordanWho is able to create a "Personal Group"?

Hi, Maybe this feature already exists and I could not find it, but it seems there is no way to set a time zone for each participant in a project. Therefore a meeting call @ 7 PM in Europe for instance also appears to take place @ 7 pm to all users on the East coast of the US, whereas they should see 1 pm. Hi Our activities for our clients start with a web development project, then move onto maintenance and support. For this reason, we created a project per client which remains open for as long as the client is with us. Our project manager needs a simple way to see ALL projects that have open web development tasks (i.e. those still in the first stage of our work). Hi: Gmail ignores any text that is around brackets, for example: [project] - Task Note Added In that example, [project] is ignored and only "- Task Note Added" is retained. So, when multiple tasks are updated from different projects they are threaded together when Google ignores the content in the brackets. This happens when tasks are updated close to one another. It appears that once a user is included in the list of those to be notified by email when a new post or reply is made to a Forum thread, they can't be removed from the list. Additional users can be added to the list at any time, but once added, they can not be removed, which is unfortunate. I even tried removing the user from the project, and then adding her back, and when she was added back to the project she again appeared in the notify list for the thread. Hi The integration between Zoho Projects and Zoho Books is not scalable. At the moment, in Zoho Books you have to manually select a project in order to generate an invoice. I have 300 clients, 300 projects. In any given week, we do work for 10 projects (depending on who requests work). How the hell do we find those 10 projects in the Zoho Projects list? I am a chaos to order style worker, so what I do is throw in all my tasks and ideas and then date and link them all later. Evaluating Zoho to see if it will work for my company and noticed that even though I am the admin, changing the date format has no effect on the dates that are displayed, e.g. in the gantt view. In Canada we use month-day-year and that's what I've selected, but dates still show as day-month-year. I am evaluating Zoho to see if it will work for our company, and have noticed that the end date of a milestone in the gantt view disagrees with the end date on the milestone itself, if I edit the end date. For example: - I have a milestone with start/end dates of July 27/July 28. The mouse-over text in the gantt view agrees. - Edit the end date to be July 29.
