It would be really useful if you could include the name of the Task list and Milestone that tasks are associated with when they appear in search results. paulsince zoho project forum e-mails are not compatible with gmail, can the From address be configured?
I recognize that it's debatable whether this is zoho's problem or gmail's problem, but gmail overrides zoho's reply-to email address when responding to a post written by one's self. Scenario: 1) I post a reply to a zoho topic (whether in zoho or by e-mail). 2) I receive a notification of my reply in gmail. 3) Because zoho uses my gmail account in the From field, if I reply to this notification, it does not go to the zoho forum address (in the reply-to field), but rather to the From address (my ownIs it possible to change the settings to hide copied-in email addresses on notifications.
We have quite a large project membership for a community group. We would like to be able to email them advisories of posts in the forums and meetings but we would prefer not to disclose their email addresses to others in the group. Is it possible to change the settings so the email addresses of others receiving the mail do not show?more than 1 milestone in a task list?

Hello everyone, I'm currently facing a trouble trying to handle my projects using Zoho. I need to handle not only the duration of my taks but also the work. We recently rolled Projects out to all of our organization, and while overall I'm pleased, it's a big deal that I can't define non-working days, which makes Duration useless for us. Templates would be much easier to use if we could define non-working days as well as the project start date, rather than "shift date". Can you add the ability to exclude weekends from recurring meetings? Since there is a limit to the number of recurring meetings, this would help a lot. Also can you make it possible to choose the Google Calendar that I send tasks too and not just make it one big Zoho calendar. FYI Under the parameter section for Getting All Task Lists it lists "projid" as a required parameter. http://www.zoho.com/projects/developers/tasklists-api.html#2 Passing in this parameter will give you a "Missing Input Parameter".
