Viewing multiple projects in Task View
I have a question regarding the ability to view multiple projects at one time. I believe with Enterprise, you are able to view reports across multiple projects, but we could really utilize an ability to view multiple projects at once. Most of our employees work on multiple projects at once and it is necessary for them to have visibility to all of them. Does Zoho Projects allow you to do this? Also, is it possible to demo the Enterprise version for a period of time to determine if the additionalFields have disappeared for 2 bugs
For 2 specific bugs, within the bug screen the fields on the right hand side (status, classification etc.,) have disappeared. The comments field is still present, and I am able to change the title. There isnt any specific setting that they both share i.e. one is open, one is set to "waiting on client". This appeared to happen after I deleted some values within the "reproducable" field, however many other bugs share the same reproducable field values and they are ok. Can you post to the forums from a project members alternate email address? The email alternate email address is established and confirmed in zoho, but it does not appear to post any of the emails to forums. When I add subtasks to a task and then I try to move them under another task list => they disappear from the tasks view! Hi, I'm new to Zoho and was wondering if there is a way to password protect each project so that a project can only be viewed by someone with the password. Hi I am testing my implementation of Zoho apps. I created a project and a task within the project. When creating the task, I selected "add to google calendar" and "add to google task". Hello, I was pretty excited about all the email integration Zoho Projects has - so that clients don't have to log in and can just reply to various emails to participate. However, I just noticed that they all need to log in, create accounts, and verify their email address before they can actually do this, which is a big bummer to me. As the administrator, I would like to be able to define what project and page my team members first see when they log into the portal. Hello, Currently when filtering tasks, one can filter by a person's name, or "unassigned" only. I see one big missing option for admins/owners: the ability to filter tasks by ALL owners, not just one at a time or unassigned. Our project coordinator needs better ability to see across all tasks, no matter the owner, which are due today, overdue, etc... Same for milestones - he needs to be able to see across all owners. Within Zoho Projects it would be very helpful to have customizable roles within the project other than just contractor, manager the other (I can't remember right now). I am new to Zoho Projects and so far it meets all my needs. The one issue I had is if I added a task from the Gmail API, the task and related information would be added to the correct task list. On viewing it later in Zoho Projects however, the task does not show up in the task list, but does show up in the dashboard. If you navigate to the task by clicking on it from the dashboard, then only do all the tasks that were entered from the API show up correctly in the task lists. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion.
