Automatic upload of documents in feeds and comments
I was quite sure that in the past when I upload a document in a comments I always found it in the docs list of the project. Recently I have the impression is not working anymore like that. Is something changed. In the feeds I never had it to work. Am I wrong? So what's the right procedure. Should I always first upload in the documents and the associate it to task comments and feeds? There is a link between Zoho People - Performance - Skills and Skillsets and Zoho Projects - Users. In the user page of Zoho Projects the skillset of a user appears in his User Page. We have integrated Zoho Projects with Office 365 which is great as tasks can now appear in Outlook calendars, however, if a task is moved, or assigned to a different person the changes are not reflected in Outlook. When I create task lists, intuitively I start with the first task to be completed and then progress to the final task. However, zoho projects appears to then save them in reverse, or inverted, order. This causes a problem because when it inverts the task list it assigns the S# according to the inverted order so the last task becomes the first task with an S# of 1. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion.
