Hi, We have projects for client deployment, very often the client will email in with information or question. We want to see those tickets in the project, they are not bugs and I don't want to recreate the ticket, just link ticket to project or visa-versa. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically.
