How to clear (remove) task start dates, due dates when a project is cancelled? I'm having an issue when creating a workflow rule to notify customers by email of the project progress. I need the criteria to be TASK LIST STATUS not just task status. We like using the milestone feature for project organisation and visualising the Gantt chart, however we have no need for "task lists" in some milestones because some milestones might only include 1-2 task. As far as I can see, I cannot assign Tasks to Milestones - I can only assign a Task List to a Milestone. Is this correct or is there something I am missing? Change: name, photo, address, etc. This is a useful feature, as most users are lazy and most admin have to do the work for them, or risk having incomplete user profiles. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically.
