Hi Zoho Community, I have questions and queries. I want to create a button in the task template I go through the task template but I didn't get from where I can create such a button in the template. I want when someone clicks that button it should createClient Users
I need to be able to add client users as responsible for completing tasks. It is not allowing me assign client users to a task because the task is flagged as internal. Even when I flag the tasks as external, it will still not allow be to assign. AllCan you duplicate a Task List Template?
Can you duplicate a Task List Template? It will just make it easier as we have Task Templates that we need to duplicate and there are 200 tasks in the list. I don't want to have to redo all 200 tasks just to make a new template. Please help me with a solution!Dashboard - summary of all projects

Hello, My company uses Zoho projects and we'll be adding analytics soon. We use the plain task view to discuss the state of our projects on a weekly basis. We'd like to be able to filter tasks by tasks due in the next 7 days and tasks due in the next 30 days (including overdue tasks). Using analytics I've created aggregate formulas which show me the number of tasks in those categories. It would be VERY useful to us if we could EITHER use aggregate formulas to create custom filters in Projects, ORKanban View is not showing other than 1st Level tasks - is there a way to set this to show all levels?

Hello, I have a few employees (users) who are no longer with my organization. However, they are creators/owners of several projects (and even templates), as well as being assignees of tasks of course. If I delete the portal users, what happens to their projects? Templates? Tasks? I assume they they would all just become "unassigned" but I want to make absolutely sure as we cannot lose any of this information if I delete the users from the portal. Tip 37: Time Log Restriction in Zoho Projects
Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion.
