Soy nueva en zoho projects y tengo una duda que no puedo resolver, estoy dando seguimiento a un proyecto, pero como en cualquier proyecto, las fechas de inicio y fin "REALES" para una tarea muchas veces son distintas a las planeadas. En zoho projects puedo ver que ya viene la fecha de término real de una tarea pero no la de inicio real, por lo que agregué un campo fecha dentro de mi plantilla de tareas. Pero existe la manera de que se visualice en la linea base? En mi diagrama deZOHO Rest API, how to get Tasklist for a task?

Hi, I'm currently writing a custom function that transfers some data from a particular Zoho CRM deal to its respective project in Zoho Projects. The project in Projects is updated if it already exists, else it is created. I'm using APIs to do so and it's working great so far. However, I can't find an api call syntax which allows me to create new Projects groups programmatically; I'd like my Projects groups to be named after a particular field in CRM, which is the same in deals that are related.What is the scope for Project Statuses via API in Zoho Projects?

We have repetitive projects for each order we receive, and have set up a project template in ZP with tasks and dependencies so we make sure all team members complete all required work on the order, in the sequence needed. Nearly all of these tasks are pretty brief, and can be done within a day. Hello, Our workflow is to create a project in MS Project (much faster than creating every individual task in Zoho), and import it to a Zoho project. When I import the project, I have very few issues except I'm not given the option to associate my custom field "Task Descriptions' to the Zoho "Task Descriptions" field. Right now, you can easily Move a Task to another Task List within the SAME Project. However, I could very much use the ability to also Move a Task to another Task List for a DIFFERENT Project that I also have permission for. I was wondering, is there reason why Project Email aliases do not work if they are copied into the BCC of those emails. One thing we do is send a status update to our (external) customers who most of the time do not have access to Zoho Project. For us the work hours is commercially sensitive information which is used to develop the cost of the project to identify the 'selling' price to the client. With the new UI, the mouse scrolling works intermittently. I saw atleast one other posted on Zoho CRM express the same problem. It looks like Zoho has been rolling out some UI updates to the Gantt Chart report, which is good to see since we use this report a lot in our consulting work. The new solid bars for task duration are a nice visual improvement. However, the new Zoom and Fit to Size tool is a big step backwards.... Is there a way to assign a client to a project with out giving them access to the project or creating an account. We are running around 35 projects in TeamworkPM. Currently we have the ability to attach individual projects to a client company for organizational purposes. We don't need them to have access to their project, we just want to sort by client. I am trying to organize a project better, and for some tasks I have just been retyping them in as subtasks and deleting the original task. Tip 37: Time Log Restriction in Zoho Projects
Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically.
