Hello All, Zoho Projects, your favorite project management application now supports Zia. I have 3 projects that were associated with a test client account I was using to explore the functionality of giving clients access to projects. The Client account I created has been removed (can't search in CRM to find it). But when I list projects "View by Client" the Missing Client Account appears on the list with the 3 projects listed. Hi, I use Sharepoint as a repository for my documents. As there is no option to use it like Docs or Google Drive, I want to use as a workaround a link from the task (or Project) layout. Recently, I found a new field called URL. I have added to my task layout but it is not working. I just behaves as a standard text line, no hyperlink in it. Any help? Thanks in advance. Recently, I faced a weird issue in Zoho Project in which no task from any projects were able to get loaded. This brought a halt to my organisation operations as we manage everything from zoho projects. It took Zoho 3 days to fix the issue. Additionally, in Zoho analytics all the reports crashed and landed in trash as they were all connected with Zoho projects. This is disastrous. Screen real estate is a premium. The Gantt Chart seems to have no way to size, remove, add or reorder columns? For example, I want to see the task owner without scrolling right. Currently the Completed Date comes first with an over-sized column chewing up screen space, then comes the Owner. See example in attachment. Hey ZOHO-Team, we have just started to cleanup our old Bugtracker Layouts and merge them to just a couple of layouts. After that we have (of course) some "Status & Workflow" Entries which are not longer needed. So we start customizing them by deleting and matching them to other statuses. After finishing the cleanup we want to save this new Status Layout and ZOHO Projects Create atleast one closed status But we have of course a closed status as you can see attached. I'm using the GET method of the Zoho Projects API to get the tasklogs of a specific task and I'm facing some trouble. It seems that tasklogs are not responsive to the "index" and "range" params, as its length is allways 99, no matter what values I pass to these params. Hi. In current design only admins can edit/archive projects (1) and change values in all displayed fields directly from the list of projects (2) - could you tell me why is that? From our point of view is absolutely something opposite to productivity... Our users are not admins and this functionality would make their work a lot easier. Could you improve that?
