Is it possible to set a small project, that would be paid for separately, as a task within another larger project? If working with multiple suppliers / customers to deliver different outputs that will be combined at a later date, it can be useful to combine all the separate projects into one 'master project'. For example: Project A - Make a cup of tea Tasks - Fill kettle - Put kettle on - Get teabag - etc Project B - Get Milk - Go to shop - Buy Milk - etc Can we set 'Project B - Get Milk' as a taskDefault Project Filter set to "ME"

I realize that I am trying to use Zoho-Projects in a different way it was designed for when I am forcing a more personal GTD-type functionality onto the program, but still ... I'd like to try. Is there a way to assign a client to a project task list with out giving them access to other tasks lists within the project. We are running around 10 projects teams who look after a specific task list (area). We don't want all project teams to be able to see or access other Task List and only see the Task List they have access to under the one Project. When I create a new task of any kind in a project, zoho is associating a blueprint to them. The blueprint doesn't have anything to do with the blueprint and the blueprint does not have any Criteria setup. Why is this happeingin and how can I stop it?Can not bulk delete more than 5 TASKS
I can check multiple tasks (in the same tasklist) but when i push delete nothing happens. When i uncheck some tasks i can delete and i found that does not allow me to delete more tha 5 at once. Is this a feature? If yes it is a problem because i am now deleting in packs of 5 TASKSz-Projects for organizing study?

I want to create a custom view so I can easily call up tasks for which due dates have not been assigned, so that I can go through and assign due dates to them. Is this possible? I tried to create such a view by selecting "due date" "is" and then leaving the criteria blank. Hi, I'm struggling to work out how to allow a summary task or milestone date be driven by the scheduled activity below it. It would appear that I could have a summary task that is 4 days work and completes 1/9/19 but the tasks (work) below it are 400 days work and have dependencies that don't complete for months - and that in this scenario Zoho will accept. The only question for us though is whether you can include dependencies between projects (not only tasks and milestones) since some of our projects are dependent on other projects getting to a certain stage or being completed. Related tasks was a very nice add but you have to fix some BUGS I have many but i will begin from the most important When someone in a project with related view permission wants to see All TASKS there is no option and can only view My open, My closed etc. This is wrong because he has permissions to see also created by him, followed etc. How he will see all the tasks that has permissions? The Gantt Charts are perfect to track your %completed and see if you are on schedule. The problem is that only the admin or users that can see all tasks can view gantt. Why? Is is very important for a user to be able to see all the TASK that he isrelated with in a gantt chart. So with the %completed tracking he can able to report to manager that he will miss some deadlines. This option is available only on those the can access global reports and you disable the best feature to increase the employeehow to restrict to only office IP

I've painstakingly built tasklist templates only to find that if you don't set lag-times, the time between your dependencies is not retained when you slide the predecessor tasks forward in the Gantt chart. My project has 25 tasklists, with ten dependencies each. That's 250 separate entries I need to make! Surely there's a better way. What if I could use the Duration and Start After times I've already set, and apply those to the lag times for dependencies? Even better if I could do this in bulk, orEmailing Project Dashboard
Management's interested in receiving daily emails with project's status. I reckon sending them a link to the Dashboard (or the dashboard itself) should suffice their needs. Why a user can not add a Task list and see only the tasks related to him later. The problem is that a simple user of a project can not use the template task list or can not even add a task list that he needs.Suddenly users cannot edit others' project tasks!
We have been using Project for a couple of years very successfully. Suddenly today, our users seem unable to edit their colleagues tasks, close them off, reassign them to others etc - when they have been able to do this previously. Can I prevent automatic page breaks when creating a PDF? I can get a workout around by using the print option and scaling to fit one page... but that is an outrageous solution. Can I somehow control which column headers show up and the widths of each? If I use the print option I lose control of hiding columns like who a task is assigned to. I have a project template that has a lot of tasks & tasks with long checklists. This project gets re-created and repeated every 2 weeks. From within the project template creation place, under each task's 'other actions', I've checked 'Add to Zoho CRM' for all the tasks.
