In bug tracker settings. I see fields in the list. I want to use the same fields from a previous project, but they do not show up on the new project I created. Is there any way to copy them to the new project? Do i Have to recreate them each time for new projects?Linking a Zoho Project that I access via the Client Portal, to my own Zoho CRM
As the title asks, when I try to link Zoho Projects to Contacts and Accounts in Zoho CRM, I only see Projects in my own Portal in the list. I don't see Projects where I am a Client Portal User - is this expected? And is this on your roadmap? Thanks!Can the Milestone Gantt be exported to Excel

Hi, do you know you can reject a time log in Zoho Projects? Points to remember: Whoever has the permission to approve a time log can reject it too. When a time log is rejected, the activity is notified via the Feed, Activity Stream, Email, and Notification panel. A rejected time log will not be listed in the Timesheet view. It can be fetched by filtering the timesheet status. When a rejected time log is edited, its status will be updated to ‘Pending’ automatically and it will be resent for approval.Can't add tasks quickly without importing them

Hello, I would like to know how I can bill the projects directly from Zoho Books. I currently have all the integrations enabled, but I am not capable. I can only bill from Zoho Projects. I would also like to know if you can bill a project with a fixed cost from Zoho Projects, regardless of the number of hours. Finally I would like to know if I can invoice a pack of hours in Zoho Projects and as the project progresses, the previously invoiced hours will be discounted. We're currently using Bugtracker to follow up all our BUGS with our Dev team nevertheless we just use one of the LINKED ISSUES options (Blocked) and we want to remove all the others given that they lead to confusion amongst the dev team Is there any way to do this through Project/Bugtracker or on your end? Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Classic View. 2. Click on a Task List. 3. Now click on the first Task in the Task List. You will jump to a screen with that task, but the other tasks that should also show up on the left disappear (this is the bug). 4. It used to be possible to export the timesheets for All projects/All users by selecting the 'All' option in the 'Users' field. My account is setup so several tasks are added when a new project is created from a project template. I have integrated Zoho Project with my Google Apps account so the new tasks will be added to my Google Tasks. However, when tasks are added in Google, they are not added under an existing Google Tasks List like it is with Zoho CRM. Instead, every project milestone creates a new task list in Google Tasks. Then the tasks belonging to the milestone are added under the new list. This is a problem.Notifications documentation and verbiage confusing and likely to cause errors.

We often work from Kanban view and when opening a task, the presence of subtasks is at the bottom of the screen (and depending on monitor size, off the screen) and tucked in with the Comments, Subtasks, Log Hours, Documents, etc. The presence of subtasks within a task is not clear. Suggestions to improve UI: If closing the parent task and there are open subtasks, display a warning prompt that there are unclosed subtasks. This would help prevent accidental closure of subtasks. The filtering function is incredibly useful and powerful. It would be even more useful if (optionally) every time a filter was selected it did not close the filter box. See attached screenshot. Hello, Our email inboxes are getting swamped by the deluge of Zoho Projects notifications about every little change. This seems to happen even when i uncheck the notification check box. Hi There does not seem to be an obvious link in ZOHO Projects back to the Account in the CRM. There is a link from the account in CRM to projects for the client in Projects but not the other way round. For instance when a task relates to a G Suite document I would like a field for the user to enter that link. What I put in last is first and what is first is what I put in last. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria.
