The issue is that the previous owner of the portal aka the Director of the company left the company and we want to change the ownership of the portal to the new Director but we can't do it because we don't have the password of the previous director to enter to his account. I had my tasks on filter by open but when there's no open tasks in a task list, that task list is gone. Is there any way to change that so I can see all task lists even when there are none open? Also, I removed the open status so I could see everything but now I don't want to see the tasks that are closed. How do I set this back to see open tasks only?Export Projects Overview
Hi, I am looking to export the Project Tab into a csv. We have over 100 project running and even though the overview works great to get an overview, I would like to analyse it in Excel. If the same columns can be exported that are visible in the overview that would make sense (e.g. owner, milestones, start/end date). I have a question about Zoho Projects and the widget inclusion on our new website (our ultimate goal is to use it for InterDepartmental Organization). Does anyone happen to know if I create some projects and a team right now in Zoho Projects (externally, not connected to new website) if those projects and connections will have to be re-developed and created once we input that widget extension onto our new website? We use high level milestones for each project. They come from a template, giving each project a uniform list of milestone definitions and task lists. Because we have many projects executing at the same time but in different phases management would like to see a consolidated timeline across all executing projects. Hi, I have a problem on Feed Page and Notification showed in the pictures below. When I left a comment, it just displays on Task page, it was not showed on Feed Page or notification to people that I tagged. I have a use case for my project team where we want to create a filter for bugs created within the last 24 hours. In looking at the available filters, it looks like I can set a Time Span filter using either Due On or the Completed . But I don't see a value for Created On. Hi, I am approaching zoho project software, the first two days were very good, but now I get an error in the "Issues" tab. In detail: When clicking on the "Issues" tab, the software does not display the common interface (displaying the list of old Issue and button to create new issue). Hi I am trailing the software for my business. I want to have a number of tasks, and then users book time to the tasks. I have a target rate for each employee and a fixed budget for the task. I am a new user of Zoho projects, own the portal and have admin profile. I am setting up New Projects on behalf of others (who I have registered as Managers in Portal Users). When I set up a New Project I can choose any of the managers in the drop down list as Owner. Having done this and completed other fields and updated the project, when I return to edit the project and want to change the Owner the Owner Field will not give me the list of Managers. In fact I cannot edit the Owner Field inMoving the project to Archive?

My business performs quality assurance checks on our clients at certain scheduled intervals. My thought was to use template task lists to quickly add these schedules with due dates when we bring a new client on board. However is there a way to publish the list of due tasks or a calendar of these tasks for quick access to upcoming tasks due? How would I do this? With Tasks lists, I have a standard task list that is repeatable with Resources, Duration and Work Effort. The % complete status for tasks is fine for traditional PM understanding, but for my projects the % complete is determined from the reviewed finish date that is updated as project is executed versus the initial estimated finished date planed. Hello, I am in charge of re-designing our projects template here for the company I'm working for. I've set dependencies and all tasks have a start after and duration, but when I test the template, something's not right. In my first milestone with a tasklist assigned to it I have 4 tasks with a 1 day start after, and 1 day duration. I entered the project yesterday. My first task is showing start 6/1, due 6/1, but the remaining tasks are showing a start of 6/5 and due 6/5. I see similar instancesNothing Gets Done

When setting task dependencies, I can understand overlapping time is not valid... But at the moment, a task that ends at 14:00, can't be followed by one that starts at 14:00... This is rather frustrating. The only way to make this work currently is setting the finished task to end at 13:59, or the start one at 14:01... This is so much more time intensive than setting both at 14:00... I would imagine changing this would be simply setting a < to <= in the software. Could this be a fix that is doneOverall project percentage complete

Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. To customize, navigate to Task & Timesheet settings under Portal Configuration in Zoho Projects setup and enableCatch Zoho Projects' New Video Series!

I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria.
