Hi, If I set a task on friday, with 4 days of duration, then the end date is automatically set to monday. So, zoho considers the weekend as "working days". How can I set the week duration from monday to friday, so the end date is automatically set to wednesday? Thank you! Hi all, I don't understand if this is a problem of mine or not, but the Resource Utilization page looks misaligned. That is evident when you click on the user in the first column, to open her/his tasks. Is it possible to add Planned hours (or any field available in for a task) to be added to the import list? We have multiple projects with relatively short run times and loads of tasks and sub tasks. It costs a lot of time to add Planned Hours for each task manually. Hi all, portal admin users appear in every project created in the portal. From a users point of view, this can be useful but also distracting: in every page, or dialog, or select list we have the admin users appearing. Imagining that there is a precise technical reason for this, maybe there is a chance to "hide" the admin users from the various pages. Hi there, We have many member of our team who use the timers running to check their progress on a task. In the old UI, we can see the timers running. In the new UI, you have to hover to check the status. We would like to be able to see the timer running. Or, if you have a pop-out that allows us to see the timer running. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. To customize, navigate to Task & Timesheet settings under Portal Configuration in Zoho Projects setup and enableCatch Zoho Projects' New Video Series!

I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria.
