After a short break we're back with Tip of the Week. This week’s tip is about the remote assist feature and how it connects the bug reporters screen to help resolve the issues quickly. You can support any customer through the remote sessions. You can invite your bug reporters to join the session through email invite or by sharing the session link. As others have mentioned, I also need to be able to create an editable document that prints out all tasks and subtasks for a tasklist or milestone. This document needs all the details for each task: dates, descriptions, assigned to, etc. It needs to be in an editable document so that I can add, remove and organize information. Hi: It would be great if I can navigate to a client and find all the related projects and files related to him. You see, one client can generate several projects. Some may use the same documents as a reference. Right now we have to upload duplicate documents for each project, since navigating to find the original is not easy (some projects might be archived and hidden). Just an idea. Hi, I am getting an error message when attempting to add users to Zoho projects. I have successfully added 12 users, however, now i am unable to add any further users, i am getting an (Error Occured While Adding User) message. Hi, I have a issue with a new user, his email existed before with other consultant, So, when I add him to projects, the user that shows in the portal is the old user, the new user doesn´t show up. I deleted the old user and add the new user, (email is the same), show me up the old user than I was deleted, and never show me the new one. There does not seem to be away to set a task item to billable or non-billable when the task is being created. I have figured out how to go in and change it in the log, but if you work on something at several different times, you don't want to go in and have to set each entry to non-billable. Billable Hours: Can I make a Project 'Billable'? By this, all hours spent on this project agaisnt any task will be 'Billable' and 'Non-Billable' can not be chosen/applied for such projects. I have an admin user who cannot access the documents portion of only one project. It is telling her that she is not authorized to access that section. She can also not upload any documents to tasks. Hi all, I have a question regarding the "global reports" section. In our setup we have many projects running, and when our CEO looks to the global reports section, using the milestone gantt, and filters for "task owner" or something else, what he reaches is a view in which all the milestones are present, not only the ones that have a "visible" task.
