How Do I Move Multiple Files Into A Folder?
Hi there, One of our team members is moving departments. I would like to back of all of her documents. She has maybe 200 documents or so in her documents tab. I can highlight multiple documents. However, I don't know the following: 1. How to move multiple files into a folder? 2. Compress the folder and download it If you guys could provide the step by step to do this, it would be great. Is it possible to add Planned hours (or any field available in for a task) to be added to the import list? We have multiple projects with relatively short run times and loads of tasks and sub tasks. It costs a lot of time to add Planned Hours for each task manually. Also is it possible to have the field list to be automatically populated? each time we do a task import we have to select the fields, but since we automate our task list file generation, these columns will always be called the same andFilters not working - still shows all closed tasks (albeit with a line through) when I select Open tasks only? Hi all, portal admin users appear in every project created in the portal. From a users point of view, this can be useful but also distracting: in every page, or dialog, or select list we have the admin users appearing. Imagining that there is a precise technical reason for this, maybe there is a chance to "hide" the admin users from the various pages. Hi, In the new Zoho there is a new icon which looks like clock... When a user clicks on this it seems to count down and add the time spent on this task to logged hours. Hi there, We have many member of our team who use the timers running to check their progress on a task. In the old UI, we can see the timers running. In the new UI, you have to hover to check the status. We would like to be able to see the timer running. Or, if you have a pop-out that allows us to see the timer running.
