Cant create new projects

For example, If you have 138:55 total hours in an Export Timesheet (see attachment), hours to calculate is not 138.91 (or 138.92 according to the rounding) but 138.83, as if Zoho saw 138:55 as 138:50 by rounding to the lower ten minute. Hi! I have multiple project phases (milestones) moving at the same time. When viewing the gantt chart I can't filter out tasks by milestone so they are overlapping. I can only filter "Open" and "Closed" milestones. This is really screwing everything up. Is there a function that I am missing, or can I bypass this in any way? Please help. Hi! I was wondering if there is a way to queue tasks in sequence. In other words - can I create tasks in such a way that task 2 cannot begin until task 1 is completed, and thus keeps getting pushed down the calendar without me having to do so manually? Hi everyone, I had set up my Google calendar so I can see my Project events. It was working fine until today when it stopped synching. I have logged out and in of both Zoho and Google. So our company "projects" all depend on scheduling of the jobs before/after them. If we get rained out one day, that bumps All the jobs after that out one day back since these are All separate projects, it takes up ALOT of time to push them all back a day - not to mention there is no easy way to do it since we have dependency's set in all our projects. Hi, I am currently using the Import tasks option in the Classic view. When I come to the "Associate XLS fields with the task fields " option there is no option to import the dependencies of tasks (predecessors in MSPP) . Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria.
