MILESTONES DON'T WORK IN ZOHO-PROJECTS
The Milestone future in Zoho-Projects does not work properly. Please take a look at Microsoft Project and see how they use Milestones. It's a much better way: There the milestone come at the end of a series of tasks and can be made a dependency. I.e. the milestones is only reached once the last task required for that milestone has been completed. Is there anyway you Zoho can re-configure the milestones to work like in Microsoft Project?User Can Not See Tasks
We have a portal user that has been assigned to a project, but they can not see the tasklist/tasks. They were able to see tasks yesterday and logged time towards them, but the tasks disappeared for them today. As an admin, I can see the tasks and see the logged time. The demos show sub-tasks and easy to use drag and drop to re-order and re-assign tasks/sub-tasks but this feature does not work. You can re-order tasks but if you try to re-assign a sub-task to a different main task it doesn't work. Not sure if this is a bug or just doesn't work by default.Report Options

Hi - I'm in the Weekly Log Time view and when I push the drop down button for Select Project, only a certain number of my projects are available for selection. I have 12 projects where I'm assigned tasks, but I can only select from seven. All of the projects were created rather quickly from the same template. Hello, i've been having an issue while trying to import a project file. I'm not sure exactly where the problem lies so let me describe in detail. 1. Using OpenProj tool i created a project document with a gantt chart. 2. I saved the document as "Microsoft Project Document 2003" format, which OpenProj saves with the .xml extension. Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to filter the Gannt chart view by date in Zoho Projects. We do not have the Enterprise edition at this time. For example, we are wanting to see a 3 week look ahead by project, so we want to filter for 2/25/2016 to 3/17/2016. The forums are the only place in Projects that have a WYSIWYG editor which seems odd because it's in tasks that we really need to explain things to employees and contractors with bullet points and lists and other formatting. Emails that get forwarded into tasks become a mess due to the lack of formatting. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria.
