Client users cannot email Bugs?
Hi, I am trialling this for bug tracking for some web sites we're building. it's great, but i found that when I set up a CLIENT usr, they cannot email bugs directly into the portal - it seems that only INTERNAL USERS can do this - but surely this feature is more applicable to clients? is there any way to enable this? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks AndyZoho projeects-can a new field be added to the bug?

Is there any way to archive a project or hide it from the Timesheet > Projects view? After I have completed a project and it has been invoiced/paid, it would be nice to remove it from view so only active projects are seen. This would be a useful tool if its not already available. I currently only have three project templates. Somehow, i am unable to add additional project templates as Zoho tells me that I already have 20... Do task templates count for the 20 templates? Option only given to list project, and when done says no forum post - well of course, my project has no forume? Was wondering if this facility only available in prem and ents subscripts?. Hello ZoHo-Team, i'm stuck with portal / client user roles. There are role on portal users side. One of these is "Auftragnehmer", assume customer in english. This is described in your help system as viewer role. I tested it an discovered FULL ACCESS with editing, .... when working with a viewer user?!? When i use client users, it's described that they have the only role for viewing projects. In my case they see only assigned projects, but also with FULL ACCESS to it. I'm using "projects" only, withoutArchived a project, but now have an empty live project
I archived a project which has recently been completed. After archiving I am left with an empty project in the 'view by client' view. I have deleted this project several times but it always reappears. In the archived projects, i have the full project with all tasks etc. How can I permanently remove the empty project that was created?Bug ID not on Time Export. Can it be added?

Hi, I tried to call customer support, but I couldn't get through. I have a few problems with editing project templates and I'm stuck. First, when creating a new project template, it says 'You have already created 20 active template(s) as per your Enterprise plan!'. However, with our plan this shouldn't be the case. It would be good to have a feature so that bug workflows can be centrally managed and assigned to a project or Project Group. In the current set-up you need to go into each project and edit the workflow if you decide to change it and it is not convenient when have many projects. Dear all, In the Chronology Gantt, Milestone Gantt and Resource Utilization view, I can move the mouse cursor to any task and a pop-up ballon shows additional information about the task. I would very much like to improve the information shown here, and I would also like it to be similar between all views. Hello, It seems that this has been asked by various users, but is not being implemented. I am not sure, but I don't think that this would be too difficult to implement. I (as the portal owner) would like to be notified upon the creation of a task by one of my clients. I am offering access to the portal to them so that they can send me tasks instantly and have everything grouped, it is not of much use if I can do this via e-mail & Dropbox. Dear all, In the resource utilization view, where I can see the work load contribution for each user, summarized over all projects, I lack the detail of how much each task is contributing to the total. For each day, in the monthly view, I have a bar which is either red, green or blue which clearly visualized if a user is over or under allocated. So far so good. But if I expand the user so that all the task for the current period is listed, I cannot see how much each task contributes to the total.Dashboard Feed not assigned tasks
When a client adds a new task with no user assigned, how do i get notified. Searching the forum says, ist is not possible to get an email notofication. And i do not see these events in my dashboard. I have to click throuhg all projects from time to time, if there is a possible unassigned task or bug? I think an admin or project manager should have the possibility to get information about unassigned tasks/bugs/feature requests. Any ideas ? i added a task in projects, and uploaded an image, portrait, but showed up rotated 45 degrees, to a landscape, the image shows fine on my desktop. even if you download it again, it will be fine, but in the tasks the orientation is changed. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria.
