We need help syncing zoho project calendars only with shared google calendars and not individual google user calendars. The problem we're having is zoho will sync with google; however, it goes to the user's "named" calendar and we need zoho to not do that and only sync with the specific shared google calendars. Few suggestions that would make creating project templates more efficient. 1. Having the ability to import tasks from a spreadsheet within the Project Template Task section. You can do this when creating a "new project." 2. When importing Tasks from a spreadsheet, to be able to associate a milestone to a tasklist, just as I can associate a tasklist to a task. This would alleviate a very tedious, time consuming process. 3. Another feature that would be very helpful is rather than a start and endDisplay sum of Work Planned and Time Log Actual at top of respective columns
I suggest we display Sum of Work Planned in Classic and Plain view. We use Zoho to plan for the upcoming week for our team members and we need to make sure that the work planned is approx. 40 for each team member. Currently, we have to do that manually and it can get cumbersome since there are often 10-15 tasks per team members. Displaying the sum will make the Work Planned (BTW, I love this feature!) feature much more powerful. Best, SudipAllow a start date without an end date...
I would love to have a start date without an end date on many of my projects. Ideally, such projects would then show on the calendar as a bar from their start date to today, on the Gantt chart as a bar from start date to today, and on all reports as projects in progress. The idea is to show that I have started a project, but it isn't done yet. I still need to save the time I started it though so it shows on calendar and reports as such.Allow users to manage Tasklists (in addition to Milestones and Tasks)

Hi I'm setting up some projects that have defined start date and end date with them. Theres a number of milestones attached to the completion of it as well as a few people in the company that will collaborate on it. While some of this information is getting entered onto projects, the reporting element is letting us down as I'm not seeing reports as easily as I would like on completion or tasks or milestones. I have never had a problem creating tasks for the past 4 years - however, just now it stopped working after I checked a box in the pop-up window. Hi Zoho Users I would like to unapprove a couple of timesheet entries for my employee - however, the approver is currently not available. Do I need to wait till they get back or can an admin or manager unapprove a timesheet that has been approved by someone else? I tried doing this but could not see the Unapprove button. Dear Zoho, When I make a comment on a bug submitted by someone else, regardless of whether I tick the box "Send Mail Notification" or not, no email is sent to the user who submitted the bug. This is a really critical feature for us, to notify users to log into the portal and check the status of their issue. Am I missing something?
