Can BugTracker fields be made mandatory?
Is there any way to set a default field or custom field as mandatory, so that a selection has to be made/input? We're having issues with users ignoring important fields! Thanks.Task, Milesstone, etc activity Tracking
I'm just starting to use Project and am struggling understanding why the administrator doesn't have the ability to track the creation and deletion (on a macro scale if nothing else) of tasks, milestones etc. AND the ability to restore them if accidentally deleted. (Maybe not every edit of the task but the last version before deleted.) So this is what happened in my test of project. I spent an afternoon putting together a schedule. After several hours I added a user as a manager. That user claimsTasklists using Gmail Zoho Project Plugin
A couple of observations: 1. The dependency that a Task List item must first be linked to a Google Task before it will appear in the Gmail Plugin New Task->Task List Name drop down list is very inconvenient. I do not understand the rational behind this. Why is there this dependency when the other data points communicate directly with Projects? 2. The ability to be able to create a new Task List in the Gmail Plugin would save time. Having to jump from Gmail back into project to create a Task ListHow to send a message to all users simultaniously ?
If i would like to send a message automatically to all my contractors, or user in all my Zoho Project, is there a possiblity to do that? If i use the "status" with the @username, i will automatically show to everybody to whom i've sent the message.. I dont want to do that, Any suggestion ?Zoho Projects
As we understand Zoho Projects, you are only allowed to have one project template per project. We have used task templates but there doesn't seem to be a way to have a template whereby all the task and subtasks are already assigned to a user. Please advise Thank you!!!!Screengrabber in Safari

Hi there, I have a forum post. I want users to be able to "Like" it. This way, I can know if they read the post without having lots of replies to the thread. The only work around I can think of is this - ask them to post a status mention saying they read that post. Do you think this would be a feature for the road-map? I want to be able to read all of my task from the screen and when printing, At present I cannot see the full text as a couple of the task have longer sentences. Is there a wrap around facility as in excel. It does not help flow of a project if you cannot read all of the previous tasks. I wonder if there is a way to mark non working days so that they dont become the part of any task/milestone duration. For example, I add a task of 4 days starting from Thursday. Dear all, It seems like the hours used in the resource allocation feature does not always match the number on the actual task. The problem seems to be that full time tasks (which is defined as 8h per day, 5 days per week in my system) are correctly calculated in the task view but in the resource allocation view, the task size is 24 hours per day. When entering timesheets it is sometimes easier to have a day view. Is this on the cards. Also, I noticed that when changing to 'weekly enter time' that it doesn't pick up previous days that have been entered. So at the moment, my understanding is that the only way to get a view of what has been entered in a specific day is to export it. When viewing the Gantt charts there is no Project Name for each task, so because a lot of our tasks have generic it names, it all just looks a mess and there's no way to indentify one task from another. Custom fields are so badly needed in the project module.... In addition, the option to have a manager or similar role set the milestones and have an "employee" or employee 2 role user not be able to change milestones is critical. The manager sets milestones and wants to know when those are deviated from, if the employee can move those it defeats the purpose of color coding for some companies. The viewer and other roles don't give functional tools for an employee, so there should be an option toadding attachments

Hi! Whenever I have task which has the same start date and end date, and a duration of one day, and I move it (to a different day) in the Milestone Gantt view, the task will always be changed to a two-day task with the start date unchanged but the end date moved one day into the future.
