Task length
If I create a task which starts on Monday and ends on Sunday the week after, Zoho calculates the duration of the task to be 11 days. I have configured working days to be Mon-Fri and not Sat/Sun. But I am quite certain that two work weeks equals 10 days, not eleven. I notice that if I schedule the activity from Monday to the next Friday, the result is 10 days. But if I chose Sunday, the result is 11 days. Bug or feature? Best Regards Johan
Disable Client Access - System Wide
Our firm uses Zoho Projects for work we conduct for clients. Our process is proprietary and confidential, however, and it appears to be commonplace to have dialogues regularly appear to allow for the invitation to clients in addition to internal users. Is there anyway to disable/remove, either on a client level, or preferably a system-wide level, the option to ever have a client receive communications from it? There is no scenario where we would like them to receive communications from Zoho Projects.

Hiding the iCal description

The Bug / Request Tracker is often the entry point into a project management tool. Once the request had been analysed, one wants to transform the demand into a task for the developer or a dedicated project manager, without having to copy all the information collected during the request analysis available within the bug report tool. What would be the recommendation for such a process ?
How do I access my project activity feed with RSS?
I want to post the activity of my project to my customers on my external website. I can do this if RSS feed is available. I can't find any information on this and everything I search for is 5+ years old on this subject.

No Zoho Projects buttons at the bottom of email
We have enabled Zoho Projects for many people in our organization, and it appears that im the only one that doesn't have the email integration buttons at the bottom of my email. It just shows "Zoho Projects - Project Management, Collaboration & Issue Tracking Software"
Gmail Contextual Gadgets for Projects now working
Hi, We recently signed up for paid versions of Zoho CRM and Projects. I registered online using my email account for both products and then afterwards learnt about the Zoho Contextual integration for Gmail so went and added both Zoho CRM and Projects into our Google Apps Domain. I can log into both products fine through a browser and use them fine. BUT, when I try to access either of these through the Gmail menu (shown in screenshot) I get the permissions error "You do not have permission to access
Subtasks and Summary Tasks
Dear all, When reading about subtask on https://www.zoho.com/projects/sub-task.html I see the term "Summary Task" mentioned. What is this and where do I find it in Zoho Projects? This page also talks about a double-arrow button used for indenting or outdenting tasks to create subtasks. This button should be visible by hovering the mouse over a task. Subfolder creation not working
I have been given Manager status for a project. When I try to create a Subfolder, the creation dialogue box pops up, but when I click the CREATE button, nothing happens. I've tried in three different browsers. In Chrome, the button doesn't even seem to operate; in Firefox and IE 11, the button seems to operate but the dialogue box just stays on screen and nothing happens. Is there a browser setting I need to change?

Dear all, Zoho project is great but the dependencies is totally worthless. It seems to me that the only way to remove a dependency is via the Dependency View and that view is really terrible. There must be a way to group the task by task list and milestone or at least apply a filtering to the list. It's impossible to find a task when you have hundreds within a project. Resource Utilization
The old resource utilization layout allowed a person to view utilization on a monthly basis. The new layout only allows a person to view resources for a period of a week. Can we get a monthly view or a custom defined period option to view? It is hard to gauge our company's capacity only looking outward a week at a time. Any help would be appreciated.

As the thoughts flow in your mind, you plan the tasks, provide duration and assign users. While you go through the calendar later, you feel that a couple of tasks should needs to be postponed by a couple of days. Milestone and task list dependency
Hi, I have just set up a test project in Zoho and have a question about milestones. I added a milestone and some task lists associated with it. Then I set the work hours for the tasks to more than could be done before the milestone was to be ended. Now the Gantt chart correctly shows that the milestone ends before the task list, but I get no warning about this. Task details via API no longer returning array of task owners
Until today, we had no problem with the task details API call. Today, when we call for all task details for a particular task, the API is not pushing any data to the "details" object, where the "owners" array has always been stored before. All other values we expect outside of "details" are being returned as normal and without flaw. But the "details" object is simply empty. Has there been a change in the API? Contact info
Is there any functionality within Zoho Projects to store contact information? I use CRM and projects but want to have specific contact info on specific projects - contact info that can be accessed by project users who are not CRM users. I want to store email addresses, phone numbers, geographical address and business info - within specific projects. Can this be done?

Google Apps appears to have created a 2nd portal in my account instead of linking to my existing Zoho Projects. 1) I would like to be able to link the correct portal to my Google Apps account 2) I would like to remove the 2nd portal. How can I do this?

Cannot link a Zoho document with a bug. Why?
We've decided to use bugs rather than tasks to handle all of our team's assignments since they support agile better. Unfortunately it appears that currently there's no easy way to link a bug with a Zoho document that has already been added to the project documents. I think it's a serious oversight. A bug's attachments tab allows to upload local files but not to attach Zoho documents. It should do both.
Is there a way to list projects from different portals?
I'm a member of several portals and work on projects in all of them. Currently when i login i only see projects from my "home" portal. In order to see others i have to click on my avatar icon in the upper right corner and click on the "My portals" link, which shows all of the portals. Then i click on the desired portal and only then can select the project. This is rather unnecessarily awkward. All of my projects should be visible on the main dashboard.

We were about to integrate a file uploader to our project creation form to attach files to new projects in Zoho, but we saw this notification on the Documents API section: The Documents API will be deprecated as it will shortly be merged with Zoho Docs. Is there documentation on how to use the Zoho Docs API to push documents specific to project IDs? We need to make sure files are submitted and match to projects, not submitted to a large disconnected repository. Thank you-
