Hi! If I open the Resource Utilization view, the default view is current week. If I change this to month, the little blue boxes which tells me the work for each task disappears. This is very unfortunate as they are extremely useful both for visualization and for "task tuning". Would it be possible to add these boxes to the monthly view as well? Currently there is no way to add a task description. So because of this we have to leave larger amounts of text in the comments section. However the box is so small and so it makes referencing the first things you have written very hard as you have to scroll up and down. Can the comments box be made larger? I want to use Zoho Projects as my internal tasking platform with my staff, which includes recurring daily and weekly tasks. The "End after" limit for recurring tasks is 30 so is it possible to make it so it lasts forever? Hi, I can customize a current project and then tick "Apply this (disabled tabs) to all projects in this portal". This then mirrors the same tabs across all projects. However when I add a new project all the tabs appear again. I would have assumed it would carry across to new projects as well, and it's very frustrating that it doesn't. Can this be rectified? Hello, I have created 1 project template, some task lists and on each task list, some tasks with its subtasks. All tasks and subtasks are configured with duration=0 and star tafter=0, this is a project template and at this moment I don´t want to setup this. Hi! When moving tasks around in the Gantt chart by using drag and drop you can either move a task in time or create a new dependency between two tasks. It seems like drag and drop works like this: Click-and hold on task. Drag it horizontally to move it in time. Hi, I have changed the layout to "fit to screen" in settings/personal settings/themes in order to use more of my screen. If I don´t use it zoho will just display in 1/4 of the screen in the middle on retina or 4k displays which is pretty much the standard now. Im using Zoho for managing a support project.We receive daily tickets in an extrnal system and we replicate that ticket in ZOHO. My developer then works on that ticket daily and puts time (on a daily basis). He does that for multiple tickets on a daily basis. He puts his daily hours in Zoho timesheet. I recently deleted a portal user. Or at least I thought I did. I was still able to login on the portal as the user and they still had access to projects. How can this be? When I logged out and logged in again as the admin/portal owner, the user account had been restored.
