Export File 'Date Fields' saved as text versus date format for excel
This caused a big problem when trying to import same file Zoho Projects had created in the export - all of the dates *looked* good but they were text and had to be re-entered one at a time, as excel wouldn't reformat the fields from text to dates - it didn't know how. But this was the exact file that zoho projects had created. Developers need to fix this so that the export data in the date columns is indeed dates and not text. Thanks.

Hi, we are doing an integration of Zoho Project with our personal platform, to control the total time of projects from client/programer, but since you deliver the new API, almost all project got a new id/token, so all project are duplicated. That new id/token come from the new API, or im wrong ?
Export / Import Field Names Mismatched Zoho Projects
Ok - I just did an export from Zoho Projects - beautiful xls file to use. I revamped a few dates and added a few tasks in excel. Saved to CSV Went to import what I saved, and zoho projects doesn't recognize its own field names/column titles from the excel file it created - hmmmm.... hey guys - how about some standardization here - you should be able to map to your own field names. Also a big drag to not be able to put in the task lists you want / update existing tasks, etc... but it's pretty basic

Users - deleting and editing
Hello I have 1 questions about users: 1/ How do I delete users from a project? Do I need to have Portal Admin rights? I have tried the instructions in the User Guide but they do not work at all. 2/ How can I amend user details ie the spelling of a person's name? It appears that I can only amend my own details which would be crazy as it means I would have to sit with each person in the office to change the way they have spelt their names. Thanks
Tasks and Subtask Indenting and Outdenting incorrectly handled
Hi Projects Support team, There is a problem with indenting and outdenting tasks and subtasks. If you add a task you cannot get the task to sit in the correct position within the project. Two obvious scenarios: i. If I create a task, then try to place it at a level between two other tasks, it becomes a subtask to either one of the tasks. This is completely wrong! ii. If I want to make it a task, then it has to be dropped at the top of the list - becoming a subtask to a header. iii. Reordering DOES

No option to book time against a bug

How to sort tasks by USER
I am about to start adding other members of our team as users in ZOHO Projects. I will be assigning them to tasks. We will have a large number of tasks with different users assigned to them. If no browser window is open, it shall run unobstrusively on the system without disruptions . Associate Vendor to Project
We would like to keep our accounts section strictly for customers and not include our vendors. We want our vendors to all be listed under the vendors ribbon. The reason for this is we want everyone in the company to be able to access all of the vendors but we don't want everyone to access all of the accounts. Hi there, After I reviewed the Gantt Charts, I felt there would be a need for me to adjust dependencies. The way I'm doing is go back to Tasks, click Dependency and then change the numbers of predecessors…do you have a better way to do that? like what you got is what you see? Thanks for your help. My screen is not as wide as needed in the standard way zoho is showing a forumpost (Projects). the middle column should be wider. Now I cannot read the last part of the lines of the post, and there is no horizontal scroll-bar. Are there any settings I can set? Linking google docs to Zoho Projects - not working as it should
When I add a document or spreadsheet from my google drive to a project in Zoho, it does not link to the document or spreadsheet on google drive. Instead, it imports a Microsoft file format version of my google doc into Zoho Projects. Recurring Annual Tasks - How to Filter
In Zoho Projects, we are setting up all tasks to recur Annually. When we mark an item complete, the recurring task for the next year (2016) shows up again in the active list and it is confusing because we don't need to see them yet until next year, we only want to see the tasks that need to be done this year.
