Hi Team, As we can convert Gantt chart into PDF format there is no provision to convert calender to PDF. Whenever we want to give updates to our client about his running project we can give him a PDF of calender. Clients are more comfortable with calender than gantt chart. I have integrated CRM and Projects and I can create a Project from CRM and it appears in account page in the CRM. However if I am in Projects and look at my Project list or even the project detail, I can see no reference to the account to which it is associated. Am I missing something, or is this critical piece of information not displayed in Projects?Feed disappeared
About one hour ago we noticed that the feed disappeared for us inside our Zoho Projects. Tasks, documents, and other thins are still there but no feed. Right now, the calendar ical link showing at the bottom of each calendar is the same for all projects and "My calendar". But that calendar spams me with all current tasks, which I do not want to see since I may have a large number of tasks at a given moment (I prefer to divide projects into the smallest tasks possible). Right now I have Zoho projects, freshbooks for invoicing and I use a google docs form for clients to submit tickets which I turn into a task via google app email add on. It isn't ideal, I am still being overwhelmed by emails and I hate having 3 places. I am looking ad ZOHO support and invoicing but from how it looks these are standalones? I wanted something like freshbooks, that has invoicing, project management and support all on one otherwise I am just using separate systems again and its tootarget-actual comparison

So, maybe I am not smart enough to use this program. I created a database with all of the fields I needed. I then input three of my clients information into that created form. I made sure I could access this database and wrote down the steps from the home page to get to where I wanted to be.(yes, I did name the form). I'm trying to set up some project templates but methinks there's a better way to set these up. The task dates in the project templates all need to have hard dates and there is no dependency view. Task dependency is most needed in these templates so we can have all dates and deadlines build off of one task (i.e. launch date... create account is 3 days after launch, qa is 2 weeks after launch) etc. As is we still have to go in and assign dates for every tasks when we use the project template! Is there a way to turn off the Timer icon next to tasks? It is completely redundant for us (we don't bill time to customers) and it also can cause issues with subtask indentation. AdamNotifications need to include the task "name" not just the word "task"
when getting notifications within the Projects module, I feel it would be much more helpful to see the name of the task within the notification area, instead of just the word "task" as is the case now. I am trying out ZOHO Projects and need to brief/status my management almost weekly on the project schedule and show how it progresses to completion. With the limited report options currently available this is very hard to do and is a huge selling point if we were ever to use ZOHO Projects again. If I can't show management a one page overview of the whole project and then the associated details it is hard for them to see how it is a benefit over using Microsoft Project. Hello, I'm using free plans of Zoho Projects and Zoho Bugtracker. Bugs in my bugtracker are assigned to specific project, but I can see and manage them only from address bugtracker.zoho.com. How to enable managing bugs from projects.zoho.com site? I'm not able to click "bugs" from project level, but I can do this from portal. There I can see mesage: "Bugtracker is FREE for one project. Do you want to create Bugs for this project. Click Here " - but when I try to click, it returns me to dashboardSave a project as a template?
I couldn't find an easy way to save a current project as a project template. Would be a lot easier than recreating the wheel! I think it's time drag and drop was implemented for moving reordering and moving tasks and subtasks. You should be able to move things within a project and between projects by clicking and dragging them. Some tools use grip bars to do this, but in almost all the other task list tools I've used this is a feature. Hi im trying to get tasks for all my projects, im looping index and range upto total task count. but for some of the projects 2, 3 tasks are missing but actually its shows it in task count. for example if i have 271(open+ closed) tasks for a particular project it returns only 267 tasks as response 4 tasks where missing, i cant find why this happening. can any one have any idea about this?. any one please help me. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria.
